Rayn: Perhaps you missed the point, Morgan, but the artwork I shared above is completely ANTI-WAR in nature, and derides the terrorism of spreading “democracy” with bombs. From now on, please use your *own* Facebook wall to eagerly and gleefully celebrate the American government’s Crimes against peace, their imperialist occupation policies, and your hatred towards Muslims, rather than doing so upon mine. I am not even slightly interested in reading such comments, and am annoyed and disappointed to read yours, here. And, now that I have made myself explicitly clear, if you continue to exercise such “freedom of speech” on my wall, I will respond by exercising my “freedom of association.” Consider this your first and final warning. I can only hope that you understand my request, and will show it the full respect it deserves, so that we can continue to be friends on Facebook without issue. And, please try not to take exception, cousin, because many others wouldn’t even receive a warning. I would simply take action, instead, with the “unfriend” button. Thanx for your time.

Montel Williams Reveals Himself as Just Another Dangerously Radical, Fanatical Statist

As I scrolled through my Facebook news feed, I discovered the following status update here, posted by Voluntaryist, Larken Rose, and originally shared it to my own wall, along with commentary…

Larken Rose: Wow, Montel Williams has gone full Nazi, basically calling for the National Guard to go in and mass murder the protesters at the Oregon thing. “Oh no! Someone is disobeying my god! SLAUGHTER THEM ALL!” For those Americans worried about Muslims killing non-believers, maybe you should be worried about STATISTS (like Montel Williams), since you are far more likely to be murdered in the name of their god (“government”).

I haven’t commented on the Oregon thing yet, mostly because it’s statists arguing with statists over some dirt. On the bright side, at least it is an example of someone disobeying the political masters. But in the end, I can’t exactly see any real progress coming from flag-waving statists shooting at flag-waving statists. But hey, at least it’s making some state-worshipers (like Montel) show their blind, blood-thirsty allegiance to their political masters. Way to be a loyal house slave, Montel! Kiss the massuh’s ass, and he will be nice to you! Stupid fascist moron.

My Commentary: Statists gonna State!

“Nation-Building” is Orwellian Newspeak for Wars of Aggression, Occupation and Imperialism

Brooke N.: Does anybody remember when we did nation building instead of nation breaking? When we gave foreign aid instead of shock and awe? I suspect that if we made micro loans to individuals in Latin America instead of running our drug wars through their countries, we’d have fewer immigrants from there and they could stay home and make a living and one day our neighbor would be as well off as we and not be plagued with gangs and drugs and paramilitary and insurgents. If we had actually fixed Iraq after we broke it instead of having hired Halliburton and paying them billions for doing nothing, we could have provided power and clean water, people are appreciating ISIS over there for giving them power and clean water. We could have given people jobs rebuilding schools instead of having tortured their citizens and weaving a web of intrigue from inside the green zone—and it would not have cost nearly as much as the wars we’ve gotten involved in since 2001. Just a thought.

Brooke N.: Patricia I wish! Never seen such a bunch of nut cases wanting to be President before. SMH.

Obbe H.: Nation building doesn’t work to well either since cries of white colonialism/imperialism would ring out. That’s not as far fetched as it sounds since I said the same thing Brooke said in a history class and was told that I was being insensitive to other cultures. Latin America has rarely been a stable environment and we haven’t helped matters-the drug trade is just one example dysfunctional governments in that area. Iraq of course not fixable after our invasion but not exactly an area of stability before. Note the Iraq/Iran war, the Kurds and the Shia/Sunni mix just festering behind everything. No Brooke with age your beginning to sound more and more utopian.

Laura M.: We certainly screwed up Iraq every way we possibly could…continuing tragedy playing out. Even though our government let all of us down in that, I still know of lots of programs sponsored by generous Americans to help others in need. Programs such as HEIFFER, Habitat for Humanity, OX-FAM, World Vision, UNICEF, and many other programs, some of which are faith-sponsored programs. It will continue to be on us… The ordinary Americans to reach out to give helping hands…just because we are part of the HUMANITY FAMILY!

(Washington Post, Craig Whitlock) The Pentagon is preparing to open a drone base in one of the remotest places on Earth: an ancient caravan crossroads in the middle of the Sahara.

After months of negotiations, the government of Niger, a landlocked West African nation, has authorized the U.S. military to fly unarmed drones from the mud-walled desert city of Agadez, according to Nigerien and U.S. officials.

The previously undisclosed decision gives the Pentagon another surveillance hub — its second in Niger and third in the region — to track Islamist fighters who have destabilized parts of North and West Africa. It also advances a little-publicized U.S. strategy to tackle counterterrorism threats alongside France, the former colonial power in that part of the continent.

War of aggression: “a military conflict waged without the justification of self-defense, usually for territorial gain and subjugation”

Props to every last the 7,000 peace-loving citizens of Israel who risked their safety on Saturday to gather together at Tel Aviv’s Rabin Square in order to firmly let the world know that being Jewish DOES NOT mean being PRO-WAR-CRIMES against the innocent civilians of Gaza! These brave Israeli war protesters faced off against an angry mob of their own fellow citizen-terrorists from the right wing, who not only chanted death threats at them, and continuously sang a song celebrating the IDF’s mass murder of Gazan children, but also eventually forced their way through police barricades, where they immediately began to block protesters from accessing one of Tel Aviv’s major streets. After the cavalry cops finally arrived and broke the up the roving mob, police then requested organizers to wrap up their event early for “safety” reasons. Protesters complied, disbanding without further incident…

“The former demonstration was organized by Hadash, the leftist political party, and the organizations Combatants for Peace and The Parents Circle Families Forum…

The ill-will felt towards the Israeli left could be gauged well among the group of right-wing protesters that the police corralled in a separate part of the plaza. They continually shouted ‘Death to the leftists’ and expressed hope that ‘a rocket from Gaza’ would kill them. In addition they merrily sang ‘WHY IS THERE NO SCHOOL IN GAZA? BECAUSE NO MORE KIDS ARE LEFT.’ [emphasis mine] Some protesters tried to convince this group to stop singing these songs as they were detrimental to the message of support for the IDF that they were trying to promote, but to no avail.

Later in the evening these right-wing protesters tried to break through the police barrier into the greater demonstration and even succeeded for a short while to block Ibn Gevirol St., one of Tel Aviv’s major arteries. The police quickly pushed them out of the street with cavalry. During the clashes four protesters were arrested. Due to these outbursts of violence the police asked the organizers to cut the protest short. The demonstrators eventually left without incident.”

Here is a video recording of the large group of right-wing Israelis who showed up to this peace-promoting event in Tel Aviv in order to celebrate the Israeli government’s Gazan massacre, gleefully singing and chanting, “There’s no school tomorrow! There’s no children left in Gaza! Oleh!”:

Melissa M.: Really? IDFs mass murder? Their people wouldn’t be getting killed if they weren’t operating out of their homes and in front of their citizens. What is Israel supposed to do? If they see they are being targeted from a civilians home they need to take the home out. Of course it’s a no win for anyone but Hamas is giving Israel no choice.

Genaire: Israel is suppose to not keep these people in an open air prison. Israel is suppose to stop illegally expanding its borders into Palestinian territory.Israel is suppose to either give these people the right to take part in their government our release them from occupation (that has lasted 40+ years). Israel suppose to not intentionally target journalists offices. Israel is suppose to not intentionally target schools. Israel is suppose to not intentionally target UN facilities. Israel is suppose to not target children playing on the beach.Israel is suppose to not be a state based on an apartheid system. Should I go on?

Rayn: Yes. Really, Melissa. I consider the actions of the IDF to be mass murder, as well as a Crimes Against Humanity (or a War Crime, if you’re willing to qualify the Israeli government’s attack against the civilians of Gaza as a “war”). To blame Hamas for the massacre of Gazan civilians is a flawed exercise in causality. Since IDF forces are the ones pulling the triggers of their weapons, and executing trial-free death warrants on the hundreds upon hundreds of innocent, unaffiliated civilians of Gaza, all in pursuit of Hamas – terrorizing men, women and children, alike, in the process – truly, these victims “wouldn’t be getting killed if ” Israel’s government would simply refuse to indiscriminately murder them, and finally reject the immoral claim that such criminal activity EVER qualifies as a “right,” or as “self-defense,” since such logic is, indeed, EXACTLY the IDEOLOGY of a TERRORIST!!!
