(Tina Moore) A civilian security guard planted a cellphone in the ceiling of a women’s bathroom at an NYPD building in Brooklyn and recorded cops as they used the toilet, law enforcement sources said.

Pedro Rodriguez Sanchez, 34, was arrested on Wednesday.

He recorded multiple videos with his phone inside the NYPD Property Clerk Division ladies’ room at the Erie Basin Pound, sources told The Post.

My Commentary: “To serve and protect.” Nothing that voting a little bit harder, while donating a little bit extra at tax-time won’t fix!

That Which is Legal for Government, But Illegal for Citizenry

As I scrolled through my Facebook news feed, I discovered the following artwork here, being shared by the page, “Americans United Against the United States of America,” and originally posted it to my own wall, along with commentary…

“This is an HK MP7. It is a submachine gun capable of full auto fire. This is banned for civilian ownership as it was created after 1986. This is the preferred weapon for the secret service and congressional security details. Remember our elected officials are civilian representatives. They are still civilians. When they retire from service they still are provided with security armed with weapons like this. They say there is no reason for average Americans to own weapons like this. So why do our representatives need weapons like this? Why is it acceptable to many Americans to allow their government officials to ban things that they themselves take advantage of? The idea that they deserve more rights and protections than ‘average’ Americans is placing themselves above all of us average people.”

My Commentary: There are two sets of laws – one for the “elect,” with their mercenaries – and one for the serf… Strangely, most Americans defend their position as second-class citizen!

Neo-Conned, Neo-Libbed into Fascism

Rayn: A nation can be Neo-Conned and/or Neo-Libbed into fascism, since the two actually represent the left and right wings of the war-hawk called the State…

With U.S. Already Enforcing Pre-Crime Laws Everywhere, Researchers Now Warn that Artificial Intelligence Will Soon Be Used By Police to Further Same Goal

Stanford Researchers Warn U.S. — Cops Already Using AI to Stop Crimes BEFORE They Happen:

(Claire Bernish) Pre-crime, a term coined by science fiction author Philip K. Dick and loosely described as the use of artificial intelligence to detect and stop crime before it happens, has become a terrifying reality — and will likely be business-as-usual for police in just 15 years.

“Cities have already begun to deploy AI technologies for public safety and security,” a team of academic researchers wrote in a new report titled Artificial Intelligence and Life in 2030. “By 2030, the typical North American city will rely heavily upon them. These include cameras for surveillance that can detect anomalies pointing to a possible crime, drones, and predictive policing applications.”

First in an ongoing series for the Stanford University-hosted One Hundred Year Study on Artificial Intelligence (AI 100), the report is intended to spark debate on the benefits and detriments of AI’s growing presence in society — and, as in the area of law enforcement, the removal of the human factor won’t necessarily end well.

My Commentary: No surprise, since we already have pre-crime laws all throughout the US.
