America’s Dairy Farmers Dump 43 Million Gallons of Excess Milk:
http://www.wsj.com/articles/americas-dairy-farmers-dump-43-million-gallons-of-excess-milk-1476284353

(Kelsey Gee) Farmers in the U.S. are pouring out tens of millions of gallons of excess milk, amid a massive glut that has slashed prices and has filled warehouses with cheese.

More than 43 million gallons’ worth of milk were dumped in fields, manure lagoons or animal feed, or have been lost on truck routes or discarded at plants in the first eight months of 2016, according to data from the U.S. Department of Agriculture. That is enough milk to fill 66 Olympic swimming pools, and the most wasted in at least 16 years of data requested by The Wall Street Journal.

Desperate producers are working to find new uses for the excess, like getting more milk into school lunches, and in revamped tacos and Egg McMuffins. But many can’t even afford to transport raw milk to market at current prices, which have plunged 36% on average since prices hit records in 2014.

My Commentary: No free market to speak of in America… Just a crony capitalist system of government regulations, government-induced waste, government price-fixing, and many going without food, as a result… But, obviously, the eventual solution to all of this corruption is… *drum roll* You guessed it! Infinitely more government, in the form of socialism!

Ms. Lauryn Hill and Lysander Spooner: A Match Made by the IRS

The following debate originally took place here, upon the Facebook wall of Ms. Lauryn Hill, after I posted a captioned photo being shared by the page, “Strictly Voluntary,” along with a comment of my own…

Rayn: Check it out, Ms. Lauryn Hill! Voluntaryists understand your position, all too well! Taxation is Theft!

Ms.Hill in part of her statement to the tax judge: “I had an economic system imposed on me.”

Ms.Hill was caught in the trap that Lysander Spooner wrote of over a century ago:
“And yet we have what purports, or professes, or is claimed, to be a contract—the Constitution—made eighty years ago, by men who are now all dead, and who never had any power to bind us, but which (it is claimed) has nevertheless bound three generations of men, consisting of many millions, and which (it is claimed) will be binding upon all the millions that are to come; but which nobody ever signed, sealed, delivered, witnessed, or acknowledged; and which few persons, compared with the whole number that are claimed to be bound by it, have ever read, or even seen, or ever will read, or see.” ― Lysander Spooner, No Treason: The Constitution Of No Authority

Jahgreen R.: is it like she wants to be free to express her childhood’s homeworks mistakes now that she is an adult??? I today realize what that word means which she spoke in a poem in London way back in 2005: “What an abracaration!!!” -aryist[s], what about -ist[s]!!! I am a voluntarist if I’m not gonna be a volunteer, but not for grammar mistakes, what’s fucked up with you??!!! Who were you sent by? You amp up not being with you!! Now you’re gonna complain why y’all’re not loving me? but, come on, you………………..repulse

Rayn: My apologies, but I’ve read your comment multiple times, and simply I can’t make out what you’re trying to say within it… Can you please clarify?

Jahgreen R.: A flabbiness spray for Lauren to put in a bubble. She needs to understand, anyone who earns more than average must pay taxes, that’s also accepting the luck could have been someone else’s to put in light out of the many poors who have talent in any other field but will never be able to access. Why wouldn’t the poor be able to receive from the wealthiest in partnerships funds, professional welfare like she ain’t ready to do so? Trust it or not, only the wind has got the answer to this question ; she’ll just have to follow the majority.

Rayn: Nope… Individuals cannot simply relegate rights which they don’t have, themselves, to others, no matter how much they imagine that such activity would somehow eliminate the lack of morality inherent to the unjust acts they seek to commit, by proxy – nor will it relinquish them of personal responsibility for the acts now being committed in their name. Since you and I have no right to take money from others without their consent, neither does the State! It wouldn’t matter if we tossed out the claim that it was for the “greater good,” or if we used some of the stolen money to buy our victim a service he also didn’t consent to, as we pocketed some for ourselves as payment for arranging said service. It would be a criminal act, regardless. It’s probably disappointing to hear this, if you’re a member of the Statist cult, but… yeah… true morality is universal, like that.

Taxation is Theft, and Taxation is Extortion. To those who advocate such theft under the guise of “helping the poor” with stolen funds, I say, “Check Your Statist Privilege,” my friend! (Click Here to Continue Reading This Post)

Soulless State Creates Poverty and Artificially Inflates Homelessness as a Matter of Policy

(Andre’ Gabriel EsparzaProperty owners in rural Oregon who are providing a refuge for families and or friends that were displaced by the region’s housing crisis have been told to stop, cease, and desist.

Renee Glass, a kind woman in the rural area of the county has been voluntarily helping her fellow friends and family in need by opening up her private property to them. They parked their camper along-side her barn and hooked up a temporary water hose, sewer, and an extension cord. Now the tactless county code enforcement division are proving once again that private property is not owned by the individuals. Paying eternal rent on their land is not enough for these controllers, they now say that she is in violation of an unjust county ordinance.

My Commentary: Please read this article, and perhaps you’ll finally understand how the soulless State creates poverty and artificially inflates homelessness, as a matter of policy. And, the more individuals that are forced into State-run services, the more tax dollars can be poured into said services, the more the agents of the State can be hired to “assist,” and finally, the more the State administrators can rob from the allocated funds.

Judge Upholds Vegetable Garden Ban in South Florida:

() A Florida circuit court judge upheld a local ordinance Thursday banning front yard vegetable gardens in the Village of Miami Shores.

The ruling is the latest development in a case where local officials forced an otherwise peaceful couple to uproot their garden of 17 years.

The decision is a “blow to property rights,” according to the Institute for Justice, a public interest law firm. The judgment extends throughout the South Florida community.

Debating About Democracy

The following debate originally took place upon my Facebook wall, after I posted artwork being shared by the page, “People for Anarchy, Voluntaryism, Non-Aggression, and Liberty“…

Rayn:

"Democracy is the means by which those who adore authority and crave security of servitude can use their superior numbers to enslave those who wish to be free"

“Democracy is the means by which those who adore authority and crave security of servitude can use their superior numbers to enslave those who wish to be free”

Daniel Sv.: Democracy is stable until a politician discovers they can stay in office by promising free goodies from the treasury.

Daniel F.: There is a reason why we have a Constitution and a judicial branch. On more than a few occasions a law that was passed by a majority-elected legislative body (federal or state) that reflected the desires of a majority of that body’s constituency was nonetheless struck down as unconstitutional, often for infringing upon the rights of a minority.

And it is for this reason that federal judges (including Supreme Court justices) are appointed and not elected, so as to not be subject to the whims of an often prejudiced electorate. Cases like Brown v. Board of Ed. could have gone down very differently if the justices rendering the decision had to worry about being reelected and how their decision would affect their reelection chances.

Rayn: Daniel Sv., democracy is merely mob rule, as a political system. It is inherently flawed because it does not adequately acknowledge and protect all of the rights of the Individual. Mises said it best: “All rational action is in the first place individual action. Only the individual thinks. Only the individual reasons. Only the individual acts.”

The “common good” that Democracy claims to protect is just an ever-elusive, ever-evolving myth that inevitably signifies the slow-march towards pathocracy, and eventually, full democide.

Rayn: Not at all impressed by the US government, I agree with Lysander Spooner, Daniel F. “But whether the Constitution really be one thing, or another, this much is certain – that it has either authorized such a government as we have had, or has been powerless to prevent it. In either case it is unfit to exist.”

The US government certainly was designed with a Constitution and three branches of “checks and balances” for VERY GOOD, HISTORICALLY-ESTABLISHED reason: GOVERNMENT CANNOT BE TRUSTED WITH AUTHORITY, NOR POWER, NOR HUMAN LIVES!!!

While real human beings demanded the acknowledgement and respect of their rights, the US government was busy institutionalized slavery, committing genocide, and denying their MAJORITY (women) the right to even directly participate in said system. The Truth isn’t nearly so romantic….

Daniel F.: Politics, like nature, abhors a vacuum. There will always be someone in power, someone who will be able to wield enough force in order to coerce the masses to obey. When there is more than one faction competing for power within a given area, you end up with civil war as each faction attempts to exert its rule. (Click Here to Continue Reading This Post)
