My Commentary: How was the suspect able to drive his sticker-covered van around, without being regularly ticketed by the road pirates in blue?

2018 Florida Statute, 316.2004:2(b):

”No person shall drive any motor vehicle with any sign, poster, or other nontransparent material upon the front windshield, side wings, or side or rear windows of such vehicle which materially obstructs, obscures, or impairs the driver’s clear view of the highway or any intersecting highway.”

My Commentary: While the bombing suspect self-identifies as Native American, he appears to have a Filipino father, who emigrated to the US to became a naturalized citizen in 1970…

My Commentary: Making grills without paying for a “license” appears to be more of a crime than straight knocking someone’s teeth out…

Institutionalizing the Criminalization of the Innocent

Christopher Long: That moment when you campaign for weeks for the govenment to infringe upon other people’s rights to make you feel safe – and they infringe upon your rights instead.”

My Commentary: Criminalizing the innocent remains the State’s number one go-to “solution” for all of life’s complex problems. The Accuser is working overtime!
