But, Without Government, Who Would Outlaw Charity, While Claiming the Need to Extort the Masses in Order to “Take Care of” the Poor?

(M. David) Last Thursday, March 26th, reporters from Counter Current News, Alternative Media Syndicate, The Anti Media, The Fifth Column, The Greene County Herald, Truth Voice and Cop Block all filled the court room in Xenia, Ohio to witness one of the most bizarre things in the history of the American legal system: a man being convicted of the “crime” of raising money for charity.

Virgil Vaduva is a reporter for the Greene County Herald. He is known throughout Greene County for his tireless activism on several fronts, including fighting for the rights of the poor and homeless. Tuesday, March the 31st, Virgil was sentenced for his “crime” of “panhandling” for the poor. What was the sentence? Judge Murray handed down the maximum sentence of 30 days in jail. He even added extra “punishment” of 100 hours of community service, to be carried out within 90 days.

Discussing the Police Arrests of Cannabis Smokers at Guns N’ Roses Concert in New Jersey

The following debate originally took place upon the Facebook wall of family…

Guns' N' Roses on stage, performing a concert at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey

Guns’ N’ Roses on stage, performing a concert at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey

Sara: This is why I don’t bother with shows in NJ. Cops out there harrassing fans just looking to have a good time. Watch out for them MARIJEWANNA smokers! smh.

30 People Arrested at Guns N’ Roses Concert at MetLife Stadium:

Justin W.: Prison complex industry is a highly profitable business in the land of the home of the free n brave.

Jason K.: I know. It’s crazy that police would arrest people for drugs, assault, etc etc. What is this world coming to? Lol

Sara: They arrested people for smoking weed which I do not consider a drug and the other shit probably happened while people were resisting arrest from being arrested for weed. 30 people though? Sounds like they had nothing better to so but hang out at a GNR concert and harass people. Every concert I go to people smoke up. They’re not hurting anyone.

Jason K.: Yeah, but the facts are it wasn’t just weed and there were sexual assaults as well. Also some fights. I guess that should be part of the concert experience. Lol

Sara: Any body acting violently deserved to be arrested but leave the pot smokers alone.

Jason K.: Not really Sara. First it’s illegal. Second, what about people who want to go to a concert and not be forced to smell pot. Some people find the smell gross. Then their clothes and hair reek from it as well. Third, how about people who have to take drug test for work? When your breathing that in all night it get in your system. 3 years ago a friend of mine failed a drug test and was suspended for 30 days without pay

Sara: Waaaa. Poor you. Don’t go to GNR concert if you don’t want to smell like weed and cigs. Stay at home and watch a DVD.. I’m aware pot is illegal but as I said, I don’t consider it a drug and most people don’t. They’re committing a victimless crime. This story you told is literally the first time I’ve ever heard of someone failing a test by catching contact. Any company that would suspend someone for weed for 30 days is full of shit. I hope he hired a lawyer and fought that Shit and no longer works for that company.

Jordan K.: Jason, you have got to be the biggest cop dick sucking vagina I’ve ever seen. “Oh noo bad things were happening so that means peaceful marijuana smokers should go to jail along with violent people.” Did you have to strain for that logic? You fucken pantywaste. “My feelings are hurt I had to smell the smoke…w ahhhhh!” Don’t go a concert then you fucking pussy.

Jordan K.: Jason, 3 years ago your friend lied about failing a drug test from a contact high. They smoked that shit, but cool story bro! Now please go back to catching pokemon in your safezone. Don’t run too fast you might fall and hurt your knee again!

Rayn: “Illegal”? Statism is a disease of the mind and the soul…

“Slavery was legal; apartheid [was] legal; Stalinist, Nazi, and Maoist purges were legal. Clearly, the fact of legality does not justify these crimes. Legality, alone, cannot be the talisman of moral people.” – Walter E. Williams

Jordan K.: Rayn: Exactly! Saying, “first it’s illegal” is like saying “first, I’m a mindless soulless drone that does whatever the State tells me too because I have no moral compass of my own.” (Click Here to Continue Reading This Post)

To Begin on the Path Towards Peace, Recognize One of the Most Basic Tenets of Morality

As I scrolled through my Facebook news feed, I discovered the following artwork here, being shared by the page, “End the Drug War,” and originally posted it to my own wall, along with commentary…

"More police have died enforcing laws prohibiting personal liberties, than for any other reason. People don't understand why cops are being killed, but there are more laws prohibiting civil liberties now than ever before. If you want fewer dead cops and fewer dead citizens at the hands of cops, you better make freedom your business."

People don’t understand why cops are being killed, but there are more laws prohibiting civil liberties now than ever before. If you want fewer dead cops and fewer dead citizens at the hands of cops, you better make freedom your business.”

My Commentary: No Victim, No Crime! Please MAKE IT YOUR BUSINESS to understand this basic tenet of morality! Otherwise, the “legal” system you are forced to pay for will continue to violate, abuse, kidnap and imprison the innocent and peaceful in the name of “safety,” “the greater good,” and other such empty, meaningless tripe.

The Symptoms Are Everywhere, But the Underlying Problem is the Deadly Institution Known as “The State”

I originally posted the following video and commentary onto my Facebook wall…

NYPD Quotas:

My Commentary: Let us treat the problem, not just the symptoms! These elitist control-freaks would be powerless without the legal monopoly on “justice” and violence that is THE STATE! It is THIS DEADLY INSTITUTION that provides them with the ability to criminalize our humanity, while simultaneously legalizing their criminality!

Democide: 20th Century Mortacracies:
https://www.hawaii.edu/powerkills/20TH_C_MORTACRACIES.GIF
(260+ million human beings were murdered by their own gov’t over the last century – and, these figures don’t even account for all of the casualties from the imperialistic wars of aggression that these psychopaths have orchestrated during that time)

No victim, no crime! Any form of “regulation” beyond this is an overreaching violation of the innocent and peaceful in search of a boogie man that lives no further than the nearest mirror, whether the alleged violation be “jaywalking,” “failure to wear a seatbelt,” a “broken taillight,” selling loose cigarettes, etc.

“The more laws, the less justice.” – Marcus Cicero
“The more corrupt the State, the more it legislates.” – Tacitus

Police are a State-funded gang of thugs, trained and ordered to harass, extort, rob, kidnap, cage, brutalize and murder the most vulnerable members of society, in an effort to empower and enrich the State, and the military-prison-industrial-complex that controls it!

But, Without Government, Who Would We Pay to Rape and Sodomize Our Daughters Under Color of Law?

Border Patrol Kidnaps Teen Girl, Rapes and Sodomizes Her in Search of Non-Existent Drugs:
http://thefreethoughtproject.com/border-patrol-kidnaps-teen-girl-rape-sodomize-search-non-existent-drugs/

(Claire Bernish) A 19-year-old Arizona woman was forced to endure humiliating, invasive ‘body cavity’ probes after border patrol agents accused her of attempting to smuggle illegal drugs from Mexico inside her body.

Ashley Cervantes initiated a lawsuit against U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CPB) after a brief trip across the border for breakfast turned into a nightmare. CBP agents detained Cervantes for about eight hours upon her return to the U.S., because they were convinced she had secreted drugs inside her body for transport, according to local ABC affiliate KGUN9.

According to Cervantes’ attorney, Brian Marchetti, CBP officers never offered an explanation for why they suspected his client of being a drug mule, but they soon brought two K-9s to sniff for illicit substances.
