Discussing America’s Rotten War Criminal Empire

The following correspondence originally took place on my Facebook wall, upon my post, “One Rotten War Criminal Deserves Another!”…

Rayn: One rotten war criminal deserves another!

The western barbarian continues to build his empire on the force and theft of imperialism.

“Can we please implement my foreign policy for needless wars again?” “Yes, we can!”

Brooke N.: I’m already against the next war. Oh, are we in one yet? This war?

Wars of Aggression Are ALWAYS Illegal, No Matter How Many Efforts Are Taken to Justify Them!

President Barack Obama

Obama’s Anti-ISIS War in Syria May Be Illegal:
http://time.com/3328080/isis-syria-aumf-obama-law/

(Massimo Calabresi, Time) Obama is relying on questionable legal authority in his pursuit of terrorists, but that never stopped George W. Bush.

If truth is the first casualty of war, law is apparently the last, at least for President Barack Obama.

Obama came to office declaring his determination to reimpose legal limits on the American effort to defeat al Qaeda. He swore to close Guantanamo Bay, abolish torture, tighten rules for the treatment of terrorist prisoners and rein in the broad executive power President George W. Bush had claimed in the global hunt for terrorists.

But after five-and-a-half years of near-constant terrorist brush fires in Africa, the Middle East and South Asia, and a Congress that remains largely unwilling to update key counterterrorism legislation, Obama appears finally to have surrendered to a very loose legal definition of where and when he can use military force against terrorists.

My Commentary: “May be illegal?” Since when are wars of aggression EVER NOT OUTRIGHT CRIMINAL!!?

Bush 2.0 continues on with the same lying, thieving, civilian-murdering agenda of the robber-class that helped put him in office, in the first place. And, without a single hitch, the willfully ignorant majority continues to support him! “ISIS” is just another American-invented straw boogie man, much like the Mujahideen, the M.A.K., Al Qaeda, the Taliban, the LIFG, and many others!

DEA Fights Cannabis Decriminalization and Legalization in Because it Hurts their Mexican Drug Cartel Partners

The Real Reason the DEA is Against Marijuana Legalization: It Hurts Their Mexican Drug Cartel Partners:
http://thefreethoughtproject.com/real-reason-dea-marijuana-legalization-hurts-mexican-drug-cartel-partners/

According to FBI statistics, over the past 20 years, almost half of all drug arrests in the US have been for marijuana. Mexican drug cartels control a major portion of the marijuana market in the US according to a report issued by the US Department of Justice in 2011.

There have been complaints from marijuana farmers in Mexico and the cartels that legalization of marijuana in the US has been injuring their business here.

This spring it was reported by the Washington Post that in the Sinaloa region farmers have quit planting marijuana as the wholesale price had dropped from $100 a kilo to around $25. A farmer in the region said, “It’s not worth it anymore. I wish Americans would stop with this legalization.”

My Commentary: Indeed! And, this applies to MANY aspects of the government! Interestingly enough, just yesterday, when I shared an article about police in America operating gun-running schemes here on my FB wall, in my commentary, I concluded with the following paragraph…

“GOVERNMENT: shaping black markets, then cornering them under the ‘color of law,’ since inception!!!” The State “is a system instituted by criminals, and worshipped by fools!” It “is the grand illusion” established “to protect and maintain the authoritarian position of the morally-bankrupt parasite caste on top.” These sociopaths “use the ruse to call themselves our ‘rulers’ and ‘representatives’.”

National Security Pentagon Set to Open Second Drone Base in Niger as it Expands Operations in Africa:

(Washington PostCraig Whitlock) The Pentagon is preparing to open a drone base in one of the remotest places on Earth: an ancient caravan crossroads in the middle of the Sahara.

After months of negotiations, the government of Niger, a landlocked West African nation, has authorized the U.S. military to fly unarmed drones from the mud-walled desert city of Agadez, according to Nigerien and U.S. officials.

The previously undisclosed decision gives the Pentagon another surveillance hub — its second in Niger and third in the region — to track Islamist fighters who have destabilized parts of North and West Africa. It also advances a little-publicized U.S. strategy to tackle counterterrorism threats alongside France, the former colonial power in that part of the continent.

My Commentary: Crime against peace: “planning, preparation, initiation, or waging of wars of aggression, or a war in violation of international treaties, agreements or assurances, or participation in a common plan or conspiracy for the accomplishment of any of the foregoing”

War of aggression: “a military conflict waged without the justification of self-defense, usually for territorial gain and subjugation”
