(Jake Tapper) When Coral Springs police officers arrived at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, on February 14 in the midst of the school shooting crisis, many officers were surprised to find not only that Broward County Sheriff’s Deputy Scot Peterson, the armed school resource officer, had not entered the building, but that three other Broward County Sheriff’s deputies were also outside the school and had not entered, Coral Springs sources tell CNN. The deputies had their pistols drawn and were behind their vehicles, the sources said, and not one of them had gone into the school.

(Alan Blinder and Patricia Mazzei) The only armed sheriff’s deputy at a Florida high school where 17 people were killed took cover outside rather than charging into the building when the massacre began, the Broward County sheriff said on Thursday. The sheriff also acknowledged that his office received 23 calls related to the suspect going back a decade, including one last year that said he was collecting knives and guns, but may not have adequately followed up.

My Commentary: This one’s for the “only the police and military should have guns” cultists, who proselytize for all personal self-defense to be stripped away from innocent and peaceful individuals, by force (of course), and outsourced to agents of the State, also by force (of course) – and take this position with virtually no regard for the quality of service being provided, as would be expected in the case of irrational fanaticism.

These are just a few reasons to rightfully Withdraw Consent from a corrupt government (although this is precisely when one first discover their inability to legitimately opt out of even a portion of this State-Sponsored crime-spree, illuminating the fact that taxation is just a clever form of THEFT)…

The dangerous Utopian myth known as government has been responsible for over ONE HUNDRED MILLION murders of “its own” in the last century (and, that’s just the most modest estimate, available)! But, by all means, continue to weaponize and militarize the State, while clamoring for your neighbor to be disarmed – in the name of fighting “crime” (wink, wink)!
