As Expected, Trump Backpeddles on His Threats to Investigate Hillary’s Crimes

As I scrolled through my Facebook news feed, I discovered the following artwork here, being shared by the page, “The Art of Not Being Governed,” and originally posted it to my own wall, along with commentary…

"Octoer 9th: 'If I win, I am going to instruct my attorney general to get a special prosecutor to look into your situation... You'd be in jail.' November 8th: 'Hillary has worked very long and very hard over a long period of time and we owe her a major debt of gratitude for her service to our country. I mean that very sincerely.' "

Police Calm Millennial Protesters By Handing Out Participation Trophies:
http://babylonbee.com/news/police-calm-millennial-protesters-handing-participation-trophies/

As anti-Trump rallies nationwide turned hostile overnight with widespread reports of violence, looting, vandalism, and death threats against the president-elect and his supporters, police in numerous major cities were able to instill calm and regain control by handing out participation trophies to all millennial protesters who were enraged about losing the election, sources confirmed.

The shrewd tactic was the idea New York Police Officer Joe Butler, who has three twentysomething children himself, and noted to reporters Thursday that he remembered how his children “never had to deal with losing as they were growing up.”

My Commentary: Great little piece of satire! Apparently, for some of the presidential election’s losers, their “I voted” participation sticker simply wasn’t enough! LOL!

Think about this… If Killary had been chosen as president, any protests against her rulership would be attacked by the mainstream media monopoly with a PASSION… “sexism,” “misogyny,” “sore losers,” “anti-democratic,” “anti-american”

And, if things were reversed, all of the Republican-leaning media sources would be just as guilty, too! Honestly, even now, some of them are spewing anti-secession sentiment, even though they were pro-Texas secession, when it suited them!

All I see, everywhere, is hypocrisy, and doublethink. Politics is the refuge of the logically-illiterate, and morally-confused!

Is Trump Already Headed Down the Path of the George W. Bush Presidency?:

(Ivan Eland) President-elect Donald Trump, during his campaign, refreshingly criticized Republican George W. Bush’s war in Iraq and Democrat Barack Obama’s war in Libya; seemingly advocated a more restrained American foreign policy abroad; touted the need for a better relationship with Russia; and even propounded a badly needed reassessment of overextended U.S. alliances around the world. However, already his apparent consideration of the usual hawkish Republican retreads for top foreign policy and national security posts threatens to take him down the well-worn path of the Bush presidency he so vehemently criticized during the political season.

Paul Krugman Says Markets Will ‘Never’ Recover From Trump; Dow Hits Record High:
http://dailycaller.com/2016/11/09/paul-krugman-says-markets-will-never-recover-from-trump-dow-hits-record-high/

New York Times opinion writer and economist Paul Krugman predicted early Wednesday morning that the stock market will “never” recover from Donald Trump’s presidential victory, only to be proven spectacularly wrong in less than a day. Instead of collapsing, the Dow Jones Industrial Average surged to an all-time high shortly before the closing bell.

Futures markets imploded Tuesday night as soon as it became apparent Trump was likely to win. At their nadir, futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average had dropped 750 points.

At that point, Krugman chose to release a blog post in which he predicted these jitters represented a new permanent reality in the U.S. economy.

That’s right! This is, indeed, the same genius, who said, in 1998, “By 2005 or so, it will become clear that the internet’s impact on the economy has been no greater than the fax machine’s.”

This quote was brought to you by the same financial terrorists who claim that breaking windows will “stimulate the economy”!

How many times will these “experts” betray the truth before they are finally discredited as pure fraudsters?

Secession Is a Solution for Deep Political Division:

() Sometimes in a relationship you just need to go your separate ways. Sometimes it gets to the point where you lose the joy that brought you together and maintaining the relationship becomes a hellish ordeal. If you try to duke it out for too long resentment builds. Resentment will eventually turn to hate. At this point, when just sheer momentum is holding you together and nothing more, all you experience is pain.

It’s not you, it’s me.

This situation is as true for romantic relationships as it is for all others. But the most enduring relationship, one that conventional wisdom doesn’t even allow us to question, is the political one that binds us to everyone else around us.
