(Adam Johnson) For months, Bernie Sanders supporters and surrogates have complained about unfair treatment from the Democratic National Committee—only to have these concerns dismissed by media observers as petulance and conspiracy-mongering…

My Commentary: Conspiracy theory becomes conspiracy fact, but few even care to pay attention to reality, at this point… American politics is literally theater, yet the average lemming still participates in the show as though it were legitimate. Pathetic!

Taxation is Theft

The following debate originally took place upon my Facebook wall, after I posted artwork being shared by the page, “Campaign for Liberty“…

“TA_ATION I_ THE_T”

Morgan S.: beats the hell out of me.

Rayn: 🙂

Morgan: i dont know if it is all one word or what the thing is. ..it is something I have never heard of .

David L.: Taxation is theft?

Morgan S.: maybe? who really knows. right? I mean it could be a Latin word for a thing? but giving that it is shared from a campaign for liberty page. you are probably right but it is not a true statement because how would a nation exist with out taxes.? communism? with out a some form of governing body, you would have a lawless society that sadly most of our great grand parents and us would not be alive.they would have likely been killed by a bad person.

David L.: I agree that taxes are needed, its how the tax money is used afterward that is the conundrum.

Rayn: You’ve guessed correctly, David. And, the statement is absolutely true, Morgan. The existence of a “nation” doesn’t supersede the existence of the Individuals within it. Meanwhile, individuals cannot simply relegate rights which they don’t have, themselves, to others, no matter how much they imagine that such activity would somehow eliminate the lack of morality inherent to the unjust acts they seek to commit, by proxy – nor will it relinquish them of personal responsibility for the acts now being committed in their name. Since you and I have no right to take money from others without their consent, neither does the State! It wouldn’t matter if we tossed out the claim that it was for the “greater good,” or if we used some of the stolen money to buy our victim a service he also didn’t consent to, as we pocketed some for ourselves as payment for arranging said service. It would be a criminal act, regardless. It’s probably disappointing to hear this, if you’re a member of the Statist cult, but… yeah… true morality is universal, like that.

Rayn: To that, David, I quote William Pitt: “Necessity is the argument of tyrants. It is the creed of slaves.” (Click Here to Continue Reading This Post)

We Are NOT Powerless!

Brooke N.An NC Tax Plan That’s an Exercise in Villainy:

Please read the comment and the article. This is NOT about a conspiracy theory. It is about what is happening to North Carolinians in broad daylight. I have friends who involve themselves in all kinds of conspiracy theories. The Rothschilds, the Fed., Kennedy’s Assassination, 9/11. To my mind, some of these theories could be at least partially true, but it doesn’t matter because even if we knew for sure that the CIA or whomever killed Kennedy, there is nothing we can do with that knowledge. We are powerless. If we could do anything it would make no difference in our lives. I find those things to be distractions from what happens where the rubber hits the road. At the state and local level where we KNOW what is happening, it affects us and we CAN do more about it than we can about Obama’s origins or FEMA camps. With that I share a commentary on North Carolina’s new tax legislation.

Amos H.: I’m glad to see that Gene Nichol is still fighting the villains who’ve tried to silence him.

Brooke N.: Sad situation in NC.

George R.: I had the honor of volunteering on Gene’s campaign when he ran for Senate in Colorado. He is a wonderful man. That said, I have always been a supporter of the “Fair Tax” and don’t believe that it is a “regressive tax” at all. But here we are not talking about the “Fair Tax” exactly although both entail a sales tax.

Sharon B.: One sure thing they can expect is a rise in petty theft. Food ad clothing come first and everything else follows.

Corrupt Cabal of California Cops Indicted with Prison Time for Obstructing Jail Probe

Six L.A. County Sheriff Workers Get Prison for Obstructing Jail Probe:
http://www.latimes.com/local/countygovernment/la-me-deputy-corruption-20140924-story.html

(Victoria Kim, Los Angeles Times) A federal judge on Tuesday lambasted what he called a “corrupt culture” within the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department as he sentenced six current and former members of the department to prison for obstructing a federal investigation into abuse and corruption at the county jails.

U.S. District Judge Percy Anderson said evidence showed there were “significant problems” within the department, including an “us-versus-them mentality,” routine cover-up of inmate abuse, and an “unwritten code” taught to new jail deputies that any inmate who fought a guard should end up in the hospital.

My Commentary: According to the article, “jurors convicted the sheriff’s officials this year of conspiring to impede a grand jury investigation by keeping an inmate informant hidden from his FBI handlers, dissuading witnesses from cooperating and trying to intimidate a federal agent.”

Even the mainstream media monopoly is starting to stray from the script. Ten years ago, the headline for this sort would have read something like this…

“Conspiracy Kooks Infiltrate Jury Pool in Cop Case and Toss Local Heroes into Jail, Prompting Public Outcry for State Reforms to Juror Laws”
