Killed in Another One of the American Empire’s Illegal and Immoral Wars

As I scrolled through my Facebook news feed, I discovered the following status update here, posted by peace activist, Cindy Sheehanand originally shared it to my own wall, along with commentary…

Cindy Sheehan cries before a painting of her son, Casey, who was killed in Bagdad, Iraq in April of 2004

Cindy Sheehan: Today, my precious son, Casey would have been 35 if he weren’t killed in another one of the Empire’s illegal and immoral wars. Obama says that he believes in “American exceptionalism” with “every fiber” of his being because of our violent meddling in everyone else’s business, but on days like today, I not only think of our tragic loss, but of the Iraqi mother who emailed me to tell me that her son died in the same battle Casey was killed in. The difference is, her son was defending his community, my son was “exceptional.” Our mother’s pain is the same.

End America’s Imperialistic Wars of Aggression, Already!

As I scrolled through my Facebook news feed, I discovered the following artwork here, being shared by the page, “I Don’t Trust The Government,” and originally posted it to my own wall, along with commentary…

"End the War in Afghanistan... and Pakistan... and Libya... and Yemen... and Somalia..."

My Commentary: “War is organized murder, and nothing else.” – Harry Patch

The ancient practice of human sacrifice continues to expand, unabated, using the latest brand of coercive, pathocratic, pseudo-scientific, false religion called Statism. Either reject this “golden calf” / “sacred cow” worship, or go with the flow like a lemming off a cliff, and join the Ranks of the Forgotten in the Bottomless Pit!

“Know thy enemy.” Google “democide”!

Let Politicians Be Soldiers!

As I scrolled through my Facebook news feed, I discovered the following artwork here, being shared by the page, “The Art of Not Being Governed,” and originally posted it to my own wall, along with commentary…

"I felt then, as I feel now, that the politicians who took us to war should have been given the guns and told to settle their differences themselves, instead of organizing nothing better than legalized mass murder." - Harry Patch (Last surviving soldier of World War I)

“I felt then, as I feel now, that the politicians who took us to war should have been given the guns and told to settle their differences themselves, instead of organizing nothing better than legalized mass murder.” – Harry Patch (Last surviving soldier of World War I)

My Commentary: And, this is just one of the many reasons I choose to call them the “Cowards-that-Be”!

Never Forget America’s Kent State Massacre!

As I scrolled through my Facebook news feed, I discovered the following artwork here, being shared by the page, “Truth Be Known,” and originally posted it to my own wall, along with commentary…

"It is not the job of thinking people to be on the side of the executioners." - Albert Camus

“It is not the job of thinking people to be on the side of the executioners.” – Albert Camus

My Commentary: Never forget the Kent State massacre! During this year’s anniversary of the American government’s murderous crimes against innocent student anti-war protesters, which is today, take a moment to reflect on this egregious violation of human rights committed by a system that has historically purported to legally protect them. We must learn to reject ALL forms of democide – no matter who the perpetrator is – and to discard the blinder-based faith required to adhere to the religion of Statism!

Reacting to So-Called “Anti-War” Obama Supporters

As I scrolled through my Facebook news feed, I discovered the following artwork here, being shared by the page, “Bastiat Institute,” and originally posted it to my own wall, along with commentary…

“That face you make when someone says they are ‘anti-war’ but supports Obama”

My Commentary: Mine is more of a disgusted scowl than a smirking eye-roll.
