Samantha P.: That is just terrible! Poor dog, poor girl, poor family! I hope they find the person who did this and punish them! Absolutely disgusting!

Stacie T.: My stomach is knotted. I am ashamed to be of the same species as the monsters who did this. If anyone ever hurt my girls, I’d want them torn to shreds.

Jessica O.: People are sick. Disgusting.

Sara: Wow, our society is just going to hell. What a deplorable, disgusting, piece of shit to do something like that. I wish I could find the person who did it, take a bat to their jaw and throw them in a river. Ugh!

Autistic Child’s Service Dog Kidnapped, Beaten, Killed, Then Tossed in Family’s Front Yard:

A Moncks Corner mother says she believes her daughter’s special needs service dog was hit on the side of the head with a baseball bat.

Toby was reported stolen last week, but over the weekend he turned up dead on the family’s front lawn.

“Devastated, absolutely devastated that someone can do something so horrendous, not just because he was a special pet to us, but just an animal in general, someone could be so disheartening,” Nolan said.

Nolan says it has been one of the worst weeks of her life.

Last Tuesday, witnesses said her daughter’s 3-year-old service dog Toby, an American Bull Terrier, was taken from her front yard and put in a car that drove off. Toby was trained to keep an eye on Nolan’s 9-year-old autistic daughter Allie.

It was Monday, August 15, 2011, just a few minutes after 4:00 pm, and I was in Wood-Ridge, New Jersey, walking down Highland Ave, trying to clear my head. I found myself heading down the same path that I had discovered while wandering some months earlier, also trying to clear my head. As I crossed 7th Ave, heading towards Valley Blvd, suddenly, the sky started pouring rain, and water started to quickly pool on the sidewalks. I had no umbrella – only a jacket and a baseball cap to protect me – so, I started to get uncomfortably and soaking wet, especially my boots.

Rayn: Hmmm… This will be happening in 2013. Meanwhile, the DSM will be doing the same thing to Asperger’s Syndrome in 2012.

With all of this restructuring taking place, it would appear that there is a major paradigm shift underway in the field of psychiatry. I wonder which corporate agenda is being served this time… Probably the pharmaceutical industry, again…

Claudia C.: it seems that the only entity benefiting from these changes are indeed the pharmaceutical companies who are not capable to admit that the drugs they are producing are not safe. If they have an altered dsm to this point they can easily claim that the drugs are efficient as opposed to dangerous and inadequate.
