She was refused her asthma medication and died as a result. Bradley Ballard: 39-year-old mentally ill man who died in solitary confinement, covered in his own feces. His dead body wasn't found for 7 days. Darren Rainey: 50-year-old mentally ill man who died after being held by guards under a scolding hot shower. His skin was so burned it 'shriveled from his body'."
