38 year old James Boyd had been camping in a spot that the state deemed “illegal.” Trigger happy officers were dispatched to the scene and Boyd was murdered by them.

Boyd was being cordial and surrendering and he started walking down the mountain. At this point the aggressive and violent escalation by police led to a flash bang grenade and then shots fired.

Apparently cops wearing cameras does not deter them from murdering people.

My Commentary: Cowardly, self-serving agents of the State arrive armed to the teeth, and yet, STILL remain so in fear for their pathetic lives that they once again unnecessarily escalate a situation to violence, eagerly applying lethal force, and murdering a homeless man in cold blood as he attempts to peacefully surrender himself for the victimless “crime” of “illegal camping” within the sprawling Sandia foothills in Albuquerque, New Mexico…

Israeli settlers uprooted over 600 recently planted olive and almond saplings in a village north of Ramallah on Wednesday, a Palestinian Authority official said. Ghassan Daghlas, an official who monitors settlement activity in the northern West Bank, told Ma’an that a group of settlers from Givat Ariel and Maale Levona uprooted newly planted saplings in the village of Sinjil.Daghlas said Israeli police opened an investigation into the incident.

My Commentary: Interestingly enough, this article is from yesterday.

It is also worth mentioning that the report also states, “over 7,500 olive trees were damaged or destroyed by settlers between January and mid-October in 2012, according to OCHA [Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, United Nations].”

Autistic Student Suspended for Bringing Drawing of Cartoon Bomb to School:

(WYFF4.com) An Upstate mom says she will meet with school and district officials Wednesday after her special needs son was suspended for drawing a picture of a cartoon bomb from a video game.

Amy Parham spoke with News 4’s Mandy Gaither on Tuesday.

She said her son, Rhett, is autistic and goes to Hillcrest Middle School.

Parham said Rhett drew a picture of a cartoon bomb from a video game he watches on YouTube called Bomberman 64.

She said Rhett drew the picture at home and then took it to school and showed it to some older students.

She said one of those students told school officials about the drawing and Rhett was suspended.
