Murilo M.: We need government. The police are the ones that use force to keep order in society. Without them, many would be killed, since there are people out there who don’t follow the law. Generally, people just aren’t capable of governing themselves. And, the government can be of great help too. In Brazil, they have created social programs that took millions out of misery.
