Alison K.: Oh I can definitely be part of the solution – but it is immensely frustrating that everyone else defends it, and I end up being the ‘crazy’ person in any discussion because i see through the BS. I’m waiting for a paradigm shift that i fear isn’t coming.

(Joseph Miller) On Monday, the White House memo used to justify drone attacks on U.S. citizens was released, and it appears to confirm the worst suspicions of its libertarian critics. The Obama administration had sought to keep the memo secret, and now we know why: Because there are no checks and balances; there are no classified courts. Indeed, the memo reveals that the president of the United States ordered the targeting killing of U.S. citizens overseas — in violation of their constitutional right to due process — sans any type of oversight outside of the executive.

The 41-page Department of Justice memorandum outlining the administration’s attempt to justify the killing of U.S. citizens accused of plotting acts of terrorism abroad was released on Monday under order of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New York. The court did so in response to a Freedom Of Information Act request submitted by both the American Civil Liberties Union and The New York Times.

QUOTAS were already established as UNCONSTITUTIONAL by the American court system. Therefore, if an officer is given “orders” to engage in such criminal activity, it is his DUTY as a CITIZEN FIRST, to REFUSE, and then FILE A COMPLAINT against his superior! Attempting to claim job security as an excuse for violating our civil rights is just a pathologically pathetic EXCUSE for TYRANNY!!!

Drug Test Floridian Welfare Recipients, or Protect the Constitutional Rights of All Americans?

Arielle K.: Florida is the first state that will require drug testing when applying for welfare (effective July 1st)! Some people are crying this is unconstitutional. How is this unconstitutional yet it’s okay that every working person had to pass a drug test in order to support those on welfare? Re-post if you agree!!! Let’s get welfare back to the ones who NEED it, not those that just WANT it!

Sara K.: Disagree. A lot of people on welfare were once working class citizens, therefore it was there own tax paying dollars that are being paid to give them a hand up. I don’t think jobs or welfare should be able to ask you for your bodily fluids. Nobody but a doctor should need to get your piss. If we keep allowing our constituional rights to be stripped from us, then what’s next?

Sara J.: Why not? When I went into the military I had to give blood, and to be a teacher I had to be fingerprinted, why is it that those who want something for nothing scream bloody murder when asked to prove they deserve the benefits, or are even entitled to them, when plenty of jobs require the same thing…if you want something, prove you need and deserve it.

Sara J.: This also goes for fingerprinting, especially, everyone should be fingerprinted and then when people try to pull scams they would get caught…it’s only the criminals who scream because they know they can no longer max out somelthing their not entitled to…or get caught and locked up… (Click Here to Continue Reading This Post) →
