(Liz Kreutz) Cameron, who has physical and mental disabilities, including a paralyzed left arm, said he was attacked by classmates, Friday afternoon near Florin High in Sacramento, that caused him to get a concussion. McDonald said the Elk Grove Unified School District showed her a video of the incident, which, according to her, showed Cameron fighting back in self-defense.

The school district said the school has a zero-tolerance policy for violence and that if a student is attacked, he or she should just walk away and tell someone.

Public School Psy-Ops…

As I scrolled through my Facebook news feed, I discovered the following artwork here, being shared by the page, “The Honest Teacher,” and originally posted it to my own wall, along with commentary…

“TEACHER GIVES ONLY TWO BATHROOM BREAKS A MONTH!
Mrs. White’s 8th Grade Admin/Bathroom/Water/Nurse Pass
Issued August 20th, 2018
I will only have 2 passes for the ENTIRE month during Focus, BOTH Math Blocks, Community, Lunch, Restoration, etc.
I understand that once the number is circled, it indicates how many times I have went thus far for the ENTIRE month.
I understand that I need Mrs. White’s signature for EVERY TIME I leave to go to the Bathroom, Nurse, speak with Admin or to get water
I understand that once I have used my 2 passes for the ENTIRE month, I will not be able to go to the restroom, get water, or go to the nurse.
I understand that only special accompdations will be made if my Doctor writes a note regarding a medical condition.
I understand that failure to comply with the Bathroom/Water/Nurse Pass will result in an Automatic Detention and a zero on whatever assignment I decide to walk out on.
I understand that Ms. White is petty and although we both have options, I can be denied going to the restroom/water/nurse during a lesson.
If you have any comments, questions, or concerns, please feel free to speak with Ms. White before or after school, although nothing will change.
If you lose your pass, I’M SORRY, TRY AGAIN NEXT MONTH.

(Rachel Blevins) A teenage boy was arrested and detained for the crime of posting a photo on social media of a toy gun he received as a birthday gift. Despite the fact that the photo included a “Warning” sticker on the gun, which stated that it was a toy, the student was suspended from school and treated as a criminal.

As a senior at Amity High Regional School, Zach Cassidento said he did not think he was doing anything wrong when he received a new airsoft gun for his birthday and posted a photo of it on Snapchat.

At least five students were arrested Friday as hundreds of others from several Stockton, California high schools walked out of classes in protest of gun violence.

Students at Stagg, Edison, Chavez, Lincoln and Village Oak high schools were walking along streets, and Stockton police said some students threw rocks and damaged both police and citizen vehicles.

Five arrests were made, including charges of battery on an officer, resisting arrest, taking an officer’s baton and vandalizing vehicles, including patrol vehicles, Stockton police said.
