(Pamela Lehman) The actions of a 22-year-old man convicted of shooting at two Pennsylvania state troopers during a routine traffic stop last year showed him “capable of killing them for absolutely no justification,” a Northampton County judge said Friday as he sentenced the shooter to prison for what will likely be most of his life.

After nearly three hours of emotional testimony in a courtroom filled with dozens of state troopers, Judge Stephen Baratta ordered Daniel Clary to spend 53 ½ to 110 years in prison for trying to kill state police Cpl. Seth Kelly and Trooper Ryan Seiple during a Nov. 7 gunfight in Plainfield Township.

My Commentary: This man did more good for humanity in a single morning than John McCain did for his entire career as a war criminal. Keep swallowing the State kool-aid, tax cattle.

Lawmakers Seek Ban on Baggy Pants:

() A bipartisan group of South Carolina lawmakers have proposed making it illegal to have saggy pants throughout the Palmetto State.

WCIV reports that House Bill 4957 would outlaw appearing in public with trousers that sit “three inches below the crest of his ileum,” thereby exposing skin or underwear.

My Commentary: Nothing says “freedom” quite like arming the fashion police, amiright?

No Victim, No Crime, control-freaks! Your pathocracy is showing!

Half-Steppers Are Attempting to Co-Opt the Movement Against Police Brutality

As I scrolled through my Facebook news feed, I discovered the following artwork here, being shared by the page, “Free Talk Live,” and originally posted it to my own wall, along with commentary…

“Still protesting police brutality this week?”
“No. Now we are saying only the cops should have guns.”

My Commentary: This is why those of us who have been legitimately anti-police brutality and criminality (long before it became a trendy new way to virtue-signal) prefer that all half-stepping tourists take their ignorance back to the comfort of sidelines, where it belongs!

Without an Injured Party, No Legitimate Law Has Been Broken

As I scrolled through my Facebook news feed, I discovered the following artwork here, being shared by the page, “Police The Police,” and originally posted it to my own wall, along with commentary…

Kelly Thomas: No Conviction, Sandra Bland: No Conviction, Eric Garner: No Conviction, Phil Castile: No Conviction, Freddie Gray: No Conviction, James Boyd: No Conviction, Tamir Rice: No Conviction, Alton Sterling: No Conviction

My Commentary: No worries. Just keep voting harder! That’ll show the establishment you really mean business!

Something to think about: without an injured party, no *legitimate* law has actually been broken. This is the foundation of common law (and common sense). Meanwhile, most of the victims pictured here only ended up being murdered by agents of the government *after* first being detained and harassed using the erroneous pretext of some victimless crime, or another… The State is the ultimate centralization of coercion, tyranny and violence, and represents the cult religion of the Accuser.

No Victim, No Crime! #NoVictimNoCrime

(Meg Wagner) A truck-driving couple spent two months in jail and lost their jobs after Arkansas police mistook a plastic baggie full of baking soda for a hefty supply of cocaine.

Gale Griffin and her husband, Wendall Harvey, who haul explosives for the U.S. military, said they were detained for eight grueling weeks while they waited for a lab to overturn the in-the-field drug test that detected illegal drugs in their truck.

“We both didn’t think we were going to get out at all,” Griffin told KATV.
