The following debate originally took place upon my Facebook wall, after I posted artwork being shared by the page, “V is for Voluntary”…

Daniel F.: And when corporations essentially have all the power of governments, what’s the difference?

Rayn: So, you’re telling me that you STILL haven’t realized that governments are the ones responsible for “legally” CREATING these “power[ful]” corporations you speak of? LOL!

Either way, both of these legal fictions essentially function as protective Straw-men, by LIMITING THE PERSONAL LIABILITY of those humans who operate them, while maximizing their personal profitability! But, alas, you’re missing the point of this post…

Did you even take a moment to notice the comment that originally came with this picture before posting your response to it? It says, “Statists be like, ‘but corporations are evil’.” In other words, your Red herring fallacy of a response is such a predictably off-topic digression, it might as well have been pre-programmed into you by an outside influence. As it stands, I view it as your means of quickly eliminating the cognitive dissonance you experienced when you attempted to reconcile your active support of Statism with the fact that it is WELL-ESTABLISHED as the number one murderer of human beings around the globe for the last century.

I would suggest you engage in some deeply Critical thinking about the topic of hundreds of millions being murdered by their own governments, aka “Democide” and you’ll soon find yourself completely out of excuses for supporting the State, and might even feel ashamed that you ever even remotely consented to such an abominable system of coercion, exploitation and violence against your fellow man.

Otherwise, simply ignore me as a “lunatic fringe,” and keep on voting harder for more of that “necessary” evil (the lesser of two, of course) to keep you feeling safe and secure in your person. If that’s the case, then I wish you well in your journey, and hope that you are able to find some semblance of comfort in being “ruled” by an “elect”-caste of sociopathic, morally-inferior “betters.”

In the words of Samuel Adams:

Katherine C.: Without getting into an exhausting conversation, I’m just curious that since anarchy by definition is the absolute freedom of the individual, regardless of political views, what would an anarchist do about murderers, paedophiles, and the like since they would be technically free to do whatever they’d like, according to anarchists?

Rayn: As I explained to you previously, Katherine, when you misunderstood the concept of Anarchy in our last debate: the word simply means “no rulers.” And, when this concept is properly and logically understood, using PROOF, instead of romantic fables and foundation-free myth, it is clear that the REASON we have no legitimate rulers is because of the self-evident fact that we are ALL born with our very own Individual sovereignty (AKA Self-ownership). With this logic understood correctly, we are NOT, in any way “technically free to do whatever [we] like,” because that would imply a host of actions which would completely violate the Individual Sovereignty of those around us. Realize that Anarchy is not at all chaos, but rather: peace, respect, liberty, and the only real equality there is! I absolutely own myself… and, so do you, my friend!

Indeed, these inaccurate ideas about Anarchy you have been suggesting here are very pervasive within our society, due to repeated efforts, over a long period of time, by the elitist, ruling class, and their minions, alike, to hijack this word, and run it into the ground, in hopes of quelling the evolution of humanity, in favor of CONTROL and BONDAGE. And, it is precisely this co-opting of the term that has caused real Anarchists to avoid it, in order to embrace the more-accurately-descriptive word, “Voluntaryism,” which, by definition, is founded upon the reality of Individual sovereignty and the Non-aggression principle that binds it. There is no wiggle-room for claiming Voluntaryism to be CHAOS, when CONSENT and COOPERATION are written into the very term, itself! 🙂

Meanwhile, “the absolute freedom of the individual,” you mention, as my last two paragraphs describe, is best-referred to as “Individual sovereignty,” and as I also mentioned, can only be acknowledged and exercised in regards to EVERY SINGLE OTHER INDIVIDUAL IN EXISTENCE, as well. Therefore, any efforts to impose upon or violate the Individual sovereignty of another makes that violator JUST ANOTHER ATTEMPTED RULER – and, hence, DOES NOT qualify as ANARCHY!

As for your notion of Anarchy being exercised “regardless of political views,” you must learn to shake off such preconceived notions, so that you can open your eyes to the fact that Anarchism is actually apolitical/anti-political (or, as Gerald Celente so aptly describes it, “political atheism”). The words “politics,” and even “policy” and “police,” are all based in the same root word, “polis,” which is the Greek term for “city, one’s city; the state, citizens” – or, as we would understand it, in modern terms, a State-based control grid of rulers and subjects. (Washington Post, Spencer S. Hsu) The Justice Department and FBI have formally acknowledged that nearly every examiner in an elite FBI forensic unit gave flawed testimony in almost all trials in which they offered evidence against criminal defendants over more than a two-decade period before 2000.

Of 28 examiners with the FBI Laboratory’s microscopic hair comparison unit, 26 overstated forensic matches in ways that favored prosecutors in more than 95 percent of the 268 trials reviewed so far, according to the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) and the Innocence Project, which are assisting the government with the country’s largest post-conviction review of questioned forensic evidence.

The cases include those of 32 defendants sentenced to death. Of those, 14 have been executed or died in prison, the groups said under an agreement with the government to release results after the review of the first 200 convictions.

My Commentary: Faith in the State, their “Experts” and their “Science” can lead to bodily harm, serious injury, kidnapping, imprisonment, death, or the forced funding of all these things, combined – against the innocent and peaceful ! Also, while I’m on the topic, it’s high time that y’all Statheists stop hiding behind the lofty label of “Atheist”! You may fool yourselves, and others, but don’t fool us all! Humanity already has a word for those who worship the Accuser!

Properly Labeling War-Criminals

As I scrolled through my Facebook news feed, I discovered the following status update here, posted by Voluntaryist, Larken Rose, and originally shared it to my own wall, along with commentary…

Larken Rose: Suppose it was discovered that a man had raped and murdered the woman living in the apartment next to his. Then a friend of the victim, when he heard what had happened, made a bunch of Molotov cocktails and grabbed an assault rifle, and charged into the apartment building, carelessly firing bullets through walls and throwing firebombs around. The result was that the murderer was killed, but half the building burned down, and between the fire and the bullets, five innocent people died, including two small children.

Would you praise the man, and say he was a brave hero, who “made the tough decisions” and got results? Or would you call him an irresponsible idiot, guilty of at least manslaughter, criminal endangerment and negligent homicide, if not outright murder? What if he did similar things, over and over again, targeting other “bad guys,” while consistently killing multiple innocents in the process? What if sometimes he didn’t even get the “bad guy,” while innocents were dying from his actions? What if sometimes he was targeting people when he didn’t actually have proof that they had done anything wrong? Would you view him as a savior and hero, or as a dangerous psycho? Would you hope that he was stopped before he got any more innocents killed?

What if he was the “President of the United States,” and was knowingly getting innocents killed via drone strikes he personally ordered, on a regular basis, based on unproven claims that “bad guys” were hiding in certain buildings?

If you speak of Obama with reverence and respect, you’re a duped idiot. The man is a mass murderer, just as Bush was, and Clinton, and the other Bush, and so on. If family members of his innocent victims wanted to kill the bastard, I wouldn’t blame them in the slightest. If they succeeded, that would be fine by me (even though he would just be replaced with a new sociopathic megalomaniac). I realize this is blasphemy to devout state-worshipers, who revere and adore the most despicable people on earth, but evil doesn’t become good just because you use different words to describe it. As Confucius said, people should “call things by their rightful names,” and the accurate description of the violent criminal living in the White House is not “leader of the free world.” It is “parasite, thief, murderer, tyrant, monster.”

My Commentary: Keep voting for sociopathic scum to ‘rule’ over humanity! It works so well! 😉
