(Daily Mail Reporter) A couple is suing a health center for ‘wrongful birth’ after a prenatal test intended to pick up whether a foetus has Down syndrome failed – and their daughter was born with the condition.

Ariel and Deborah Levy, from Portland, Oregon, who have two other children, said in a lawsuit they would have aborted their daughter Kalanit – who is now four – if they had known.

They are suing Legacy Health in North Portland, which they claim conducted a botched test, for $3 million – the amount they believe they will have to pay over Kalanit’s lifetime for her care.

A Moncks Corner mother says she believes her daughter’s special needs service dog was hit on the side of the head with a baseball bat.

Toby was reported stolen last week, but over the weekend he turned up dead on the family’s front lawn.

“Devastated, absolutely devastated that someone can do something so horrendous, not just because he was a special pet to us, but just an animal in general, someone could be so disheartening,” Nolan said.

Nolan says it has been one of the worst weeks of her life.

Last Tuesday, witnesses said her daughter’s 3-year-old service dog Toby, an American Bull Terrier, was taken from her front yard and put in a car that drove off. Toby was trained to keep an eye on Nolan’s 9-year-old autistic daughter Allie.

Sara: Seriously, what a fucking retard. She “read the bible” and “watched youtube video”? So suddenly you’re a fucking doctor? How cruel can one person be. No pain medication, no anesthesia, just decided it was time to circumcise her son and then let it bleed uncontrollably for 2 hrs before calling 911. I feel sick to my stomach, I hope her son goes to a better home and never sees this psycho again.

Stacie T.: Read up on Dr. Kermit Gosnel and his illegal late term abortion clinic. It will really make you sick. He practiced the daily murder of viable infants via scissor to the spinal cord until a patient was killed by an overdose of anethesia in January. He had untrained teenagers administering the anesthesia and jars with infant parts stored all over the filthy office.

Rayn: How putrid! Now, Gosnel is a TRUE psychopath!
