Kidnapped at Gunpoint and Locked in a Cage for Consuming a Non-Toxic Plant? Seems Legit!

Hemp Finally Returns to America!

As I scrolled through my Facebook news feed, I discovered the following artwork here, being shared by the page, “Infowar Social Networking Coalition,” and originally posted it to my own wall, along with commentary…

My Commentary: It’s about time! So long as Americans don’t cave in to more pathetic “drug war” propaganda and lies, the timber, cotton and oil industries can say finally begin to say goodbye to their government-enforced monopolies over the vast majority of the world’s textile, paper and fuel production – which incidentally rely heavily upon a wasteful and obsolete business model of artificial scarcity and price gouging in order to continue reaping the enormous profits they have grown so accustomed to over the centuries, while also keeping them in constant receipt of corporate welfare (AKA “subsidies”), and unreasonably rewarding them for destroying the entire ecosystem! These are some of the same industries that have continuously lobbied for government-sponsored military intervention in those commodity-rich sovereign foreign nations that are unwilling to be subdued and imperialized in the name of “progress” and “industrialization,” both currently, and historically!

Hemp, for the win! It is a superior source for the world’s textiles, paper, and fuel. It contains more cellulose than both timber and cotton, it gestates in a mere six weeks, it does not significantly deplete the soil it grows on (hence requiring almost no crop rotation), it requires little to no fertilizers, it does not need to be sprayed with pesticides (since the negligible amount of THC within it deters insects, naturally), and it also makes for a great bio-fuel, along with a form of eco-friendly plastic, and even a type of “concrete” (hempcrete, which is vastly stronger than what we currently build with, now)! It’s time for some TRUE progress to take place!

State Regulation of Cannabis Via Medical Prescription, or Natural Right to Freely Use Non-Toxic Plant Without Permission?

The following debate originally took place upon my Facebook wall…

Fiona Apple's mugshot, after being arrested in Texas for possession of cannabis and hashish in July, 2012

Rayn: Just remember: No Victim, No Crime!

Stan H.: Are you referring to yourself? lol.

Rayn: I’m referring to ALL of humanity, myself included! 🙂

Stan H.: I was implying the hashish angle particularly, lol!!

Rayn: I’m not really a fan of hashish, but to each his own! 🙂

Stan H.: or her own. I thought you were because of that “valentine heart” you had up earlier.

Rayn: That wasn’t hashish! It was CANNABIS! 🙂 <3

Rayn: Hashish isn’t the rawness! It’s derived. 🙂

Stan H.: they are all pretty much the same to me

Rayn: I’m sorry to hear that. I can assure you that they are not the same. Cannabis is natural, and in the exact concentration nature intended it. Hashish, on the other hand, is a man-made derivative of cannabis, wherein the more potent chemicals within the buds are extracted, while the leafy portion is left behind, resulting in a much more concentrated substance with which to ingest or smoke. Can you understand the difference, now?

Dishonorable Judge Belvin Perry’s Tyrannical Crusade Against FACT!

I originally posted the following information and commentary onto my Facebook wall…

Mark Schmidter Receives 145 Days In Jail For Freedom Of Speech Due To Judge Belvin Perry:
[youtube_sc url=”CBeT4CWLN9g”]

My Commentary: Self-important scumbag judge, Belvin Perry, attempts to prevent potential jurors from understanding the concept of jury nullification through the issuance of two administrative orders against it, then imprisoning an individual for the “crime” of handing out pamphlets about the subject outside of “his” Florida courthouse… What a disgusting, miserable excuse for a human being! Why should his sickening f*ck-face see the light of day, while the victim of his pathetic, fallacious, arbitrary “order” rots in a prison cell for almost half a year? Let us all work to expose this TYRANNICAL LIZARD, and shame him back underneath the rock he crawled out from!
