() n a lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court that is still working its way through the legal system, a Pennsylvania woman claims that New Castle police officers violated her civil and constitutional rights during a traffic stop back in Nov. 2013.

Kimberlee Carbone says she was pulled over under the pretext of not “apply[ing] her turn signal at least 100 feet before the intersection” as per Pennsylvania law, before she was forced to endure five hours of humiliation. Officer David Maiella had made the stop after seeing a man “briefly enter an apartment” and then get into Carbone’s car that he suspected of buying drugs, according to the lawsuit.

Cop Pulls Assault Rifle, Threatens Protesters For Their “Constitutional Bullsh**”:

(M. David) A Houston, Texas cop was recently caught on video illegally detaining protesters and threatening them with his department-issued assault rifle. His reason? Protesters were spouting what he called “Constitutional bullsh**.”

The video was recorded by Open Carry Texas and uploaded to their YouTube channel after a recent peaceful assembly where they advocated for “Constitutional Carry,” which is already legal in Texas when it comes to rifles of any sort (scroll down for video).

() Mike De Nardo, the police chief for Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, apparently turned his gun on himself and committed suicide Thursday, not long after being relieved of his duties over an outside investigation.

According to the Sun Herald, De Nardo was being escorted from the police station by a pair of Hancock County deputies. Witnesses said a commotion broke out in the parking lot, and De Nardo shot himself. He was apparently alive and even conscious while heading to a hospital, where he died.

() After recently demanding everything from “robust gun control” and reparations for slavery to constitutional amendments altering the supreme law of the land, the United Nations has now publicly endorsed the Obama administration’s illegal efforts to federalize America’s local police departments. A UN official also offered to provide “technical assistance” to the U.S. government in implementing its radical demands.

Specifically, a UN official from Kenya touted one of the many schemes used by the White House to impose unconstitutional federal regulations on local law enforcement. Dubbed “consent decrees,” the plot involves extremist bureaucrats at the Obama Justice Department threatening, bullying, and suing city governments into submission to Obama’s demands. The UN “lawyer” called for the administration’s commandeering of cops to be “beefed up” and “increased” to help nationalize as many of America’s police departments as possible.

A sheriff’s department in North Dakota filed charges against the U.S. Green Party presidential candidate, Jill Stein, for damaging equipment during protests on Tuesday over construction of an oil pipeline.

Stein was part of a group protesting the Dakota Access pipeline and spray-painted construction equipment, the Morton County Sheriff’s Department said. Stein does not dispute the account. The department said Stein and her running mate Ajamu Baraka was charged with criminal trespass and criminal mischief.
