(Alex DobuzinskisThe U.S. government said on Wednesday it has no plans to euthanize a large share of the more than 45,000 wild horses and burros removed from lands mostly in the U.S. West, after an advisory panel’s proposal to kill some of the animals sparked outrage.

U.S. Bureau of Land Management officials said they struggle to find people to adopt the growing number of wild horses and burros, which costs the agency millions annually to maintain in corrals and pasturelands.

The National Wild Horse and Burro Advisory Board on Friday recommended the bureau consider euthanizing the animals that cannot be adopted, or selling them to companies that might slaughter them.

(Andre’ Gabriel EsparzaProperty owners in rural Oregon who are providing a refuge for families and or friends that were displaced by the region’s housing crisis have been told to stop, cease, and desist.

Renee Glass, a kind woman in the rural area of the county has been voluntarily helping her fellow friends and family in need by opening up her private property to them. They parked their camper along-side her barn and hooked up a temporary water hose, sewer, and an extension cord. Now the tactless county code enforcement division are proving once again that private property is not owned by the individuals. Paying eternal rent on their land is not enough for these controllers, they now say that she is in violation of an unjust county ordinance.

My Commentary: Please read this article, and perhaps you’ll finally understand how the soulless State creates poverty and artificially inflates homelessness, as a matter of policy. And, the more individuals that are forced into State-run services, the more tax dollars can be poured into said services, the more the agents of the State can be hired to “assist,” and finally, the more the State administrators can rob from the allocated funds.

ACLU Files Lawsuit Against Kansas City Public Schools After Bullied 7-Yr Old Handcuffed:

The American Civil Liberties Union of Missouri has filed a lawsuit against Kansas City Public Schools in response to the 2014 handcuffing of a second grader who was crying and screaming in class while being bullied.

In 2014, Kalyb Wiley Primm, who was seven years old and less than four feet tall at the time, was being teased for having a hearing impediment inside a classroom at George Melcher Elementary School in Kansas City, Missouri, according to the lawsuit. He began to cry and scream. School resource officer Brandon Craddock heard the cries and pulled Primm out of the classroom to take the boy to Principal Anne Wallace’s office.

The lawsuit, filed on behalf of the Primm family, alleges that Craddock pulled a “frightened” Primm by one arm through the hallway of the school. When Primm held on to a handrail with his free hand, Craddock twisted the boy’s arms and handcuffed him.

My Commentary: Handcuffed for crying… The State is the biggest bully of all, and we allow this monstrosity to daily terrorize us, with no end in sight, because most of us would rather negotiate with criminals than resist them…

Update: Department Of Homelessness Renews Effort To Dismantle Tent Encampments Citywide:
http://sfist.com/2016/09/09/department_of_homelessness_and_sfpd.php

(Jack Morse) The newly created Department of Homelessness & Supportive Housing is set to begin the process of removing every single homeless encampment in the city — tent by tent. CBS 5 reports that the department’s deputy director, Sam Dodge, laid out this goal in conversation with the channel at the same time as SFPD Northern Station Captain John Jaimerena was telling Hoodline that his officers have no plans to take down encampments as it isn’t illegal to be homeless.

“We’ve seen an increase in encampments in the Mission district between 14th street and 19th street and South Van Ness and Harrison,” Dodge told CBS 5. “To try to go person by person, offer everyone at least shelter so that we can resolve an encampment.”

When pressed by CBS 5 if to “resolve an encampment” meant “taking them down,” Dodge replied, “yeah, that’s right.”
