Debating Obama’s Role in Continuing Wars of Aggression and Crimes Against Humanity, at the Behest of His Bankster Overlords

The following debate originally took place upon my Facebook wall, after I posted artwork being shared by peace activist, Cindy Sheehan

Rayn:

"That face you get when someone says they are 'anti-war' but supports Obama"

“That face you get when
someone says they are
‘anti-war’ but
supports Obama”

Katherine C.: I don’t think it’s Obama…it’s just this country. How did we get out of the Depression?? WWII… It’s the way we do politics and it’s impossible for any president who gets into office to simply say, “ok, we’re shutting down all our army bases all over the world and bringing all our troops back from all over the world just like that”. Not saying I agree with our policies, but it’s also not that easy to undo over 60 years of war behavior.

Rayn: Well, think again, because Obama’s been the ruler of America for almost a decade, now, and has not only escalated all of Bush’s wars, he has continued to expand the U.S. military empire, too!

“It’s official, Obama takes a commanding lead in the countries bombed 7-4! [For]ward Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Libya, Somalia, Yemen, and Syria”

Rayn: Here’s some of the inconvenient truths set out in the famous book, “Grapes of Wrath”…

“Grapes of Wrath,” Chapter 25, by John Steinback (1939):
http://genius.com/John-steinbeck-grapes-of-wrath-chapter-25-annotated

“The works of the roots of the vines, of the trees, must be destroyed to keep up the price, and this is the saddest, bitterest thing of all. Carloads of oranges dumped on the ground. The people came for miles to take the fruit, but this could not be. How would they buy oranges at twenty cents a dozen if they could drive out and pick them up? And men with hoses squirt kerosene on the oranges, and they are angry at the crime, angry at the people who have come to take the fruit. A million people hungry, needing the fruit—and kerosene sprayed over the golden mountains.

And the smell of rot fills the country.

Burn coffee for fuel in the ships. Burn corn to keep warm, it makes a hot fire. Dump potatoes in the rivers and place guards along the banks to keep the hungry people from fishing them out. Slaughter the pigs and bury them, and let the putrescence drip down into the earth.

There is a crime here that goes beyond denunciation. There is a sorrow here that weeping cannot symbolize. There is a failure here that topples all our success. The fertile earth, the straight tree rows, the sturdy trunks, and the ripe fruit. And children dying of pellagra must die because a profit cannot be taken from an orange. And coroners must fill in the certificate—died of malnutrition—because the food must rot, must be forced to rot.

The people come with nets to fish for potatoes in the river, and the guards hold them back; they come in rattling cars to get the dumped oranges, but the kerosene is sprayed. And they stand still and watch the potatoes float by, listen to the screaming pigs being killed in a ditch and covered with quick-lime, watch the mountains of oranges slop down to a putrefying ooze; and in the eyes of the people there is the failure; and in the eyes of the hungry there is a growing wrath. In the souls of the people the grapes of wrath are filling and growing heavy, growing heavy for the vintage.”

As stated by Wikipedia, “Steinbeck was known to have borrowed from field notes taken during 1938 by Farm Security Administration worker and author Sanora Babb. While Babb collected personal stories about the lives of the displaced migrants for a novel she was developing, her supervisor, Tom Collins, shared her reports with Steinbeck, then working at the San Francisco News.” (Click Here to Continue Reading This Post)

United States Has Not Even a Shred of Moral Authority Left

I originally posted the following information and commentary onto my Facebook wall…

John Kerry, Vladimir Putin, and Barack Obama

The US Surrendered Its Right to Accuse Russia of War Crimes a Long Time Ago:
http://theantimedia.org/us-russia-war-crimes/

(Darius Shahtahmasebi) Renowned journalist Glenn Greenwald recently tweeted the three rules of American exceptionalism:

“3 rules of US Exceptionalism: 1) Our killing is better than theirs; 2) Nothing we do can be ‘terrorism’; 3) Only enemies are ‘war criminals”

Greenwald’s astute observations were presumably made in response to Secretary of State John Kerry’s recent remarks that both Russia and Syria should face war crimes investigations for their recent attacks on Syrian civilians.

My Commentary: Not even a shred of moral authority left, to be sure.

Hypocritical Obama Worried Next President Will Follow His Lead and Wage Perpetual Covert Drone War

Obama Worries Future President Will Wage Perpetual Covert Drone War:
https://theintercept.com/2016/10/03/obama-worries-future-presidents-will-wage-perpetual-covert-drone-war/

(, ) President Obama warns in a new interview of a future in which a U.S. president could engage in perpetual covert wars “all over the world.” But he claims that the accountability and transparency measures he is instituting will make that less likely.

In the interview, with New York magazine’s Jonathan Chait, Obama expressed agreement with one of the most salient critiques of his drone war, that it risks creating “institutional comfort and inertia with what looks like a pretty antiseptic way of disposing of enemies.”

Obama explained that he had looked at “the way in which the number of drone strikes was going up and the routineness with which, early in my presidency, you were seeing both DOD and CIA and our intelligence teams think about this.”

My Commentary: Go jerk off to your secret kill list, Bush. 2.0.

I think this lizard has officially spent too much time under his heat lamp…

(Also, why does his silhouette got him looking like “the Master” from “the Strain”? WTF?)

The Nobel Peace Prize is Absolutely Meaningless, and Represents Pure Political Theater

I originally posted the following commentary onto my Facebook wall after receiving an automated “Tell Your Friends” about the upcoming Nobel Prizes from the social network…

Facebook:

"Congratulations Are in Order This year's Nobel Prize winners will be announced this week, honoring those who have dedicated their lives to making the world more open and connected through science, literature and the pursuit of peace."

“Congratulations Are in Order
This year’s Nobel Prize winners will be announced this week, honoring those who have dedicated their lives to making the world more open and connected through science, literature and the pursuit of peace.”

My Commentary: *sigh* Barack Obama, the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize winner, was really just a War Criminal, who proceeded to continue engaging in Wars of aggression, and committing Crimes against humanity for eight solid years. He also became the first Nobel Peace Prize winner to bomb another Nobel Peace Prize winner, too… A regular trend-setter.

That Awkward Moment When One Nobel Peace Prize Winner Bombs Another:

Doctors Without Borders Awarded Nobel Peace Prize in 1999:

So… either “WAR IS PEACE,” and we’ve been living in 1984 for almost a decade…

Or, alternatively… if you still have any morals, principles and a conscience left…

THE NOBEL PEACE PRIZE is ABSOLUTELY MEANINGLESS, and merely represents PURE POLITICAL THEATER!

My Commentary: *sigh* Nothing like being lectured by a lizard on the merits of compassion!

Why doesn’t this child-murdering war-pig think about the pain he is causing the human race** with his Crimes against humanity?

Even the military doesn’t seem very pleased with their orders…
