(Lauren McCauley) Though President Barack Obama is set to leave office in matter of months, Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) is not willing to let him go without a full explanation as to why his administration refused to jail the Wall Street banksters behind the 2007-2008 financial crisis.
In a letter sent to Department of Justice (DOJ) inspector general Michael Horowitz on Thursday, the progressive firebrand demanded an investigation into why the DOJ refused to file criminal charges against individuals despite “‘serious indications of violation[s]’ of federal securities and other laws,” uncovered by the Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission (FCIC) probe into the causes of the economic crash.

(Matt Agorist) A Washington man was just granted $100,000 to settle a civil rights lawsuit after police were seen on dashcam, repeatedly punching him, repeatedly tasering him, and allowing their K9 to maul him continuously in spite of appearing unconscious.
On Aug. 22, 2014, the victim, Linson Tara was found dancing in a freight yard. Tara was not violent, and when police arrived, the dashcam shows him standing there with one hand on his hip and another in the air.
As police attempt to walk Tara over to the vehicle, they quickly become violent. At most, Tara had merely pulled his arm away from the officer before he was placed in a headlock, slammed to the hood of the patrol car and beaten.
My Commentary: But, without government, criminals would take over, you claim? LOL! What a deludinoid!

Maryland Police Ban Tourists from Taking Roadside Pictures With Sunflowers:

(John Vibes) Each year, towards the end of summer, sunflowers pop up in fields across Harford County and they become somewhat of an attraction for people who want to take pictures or pick a few flowers to take with them.
However, this year, local police have ruined the fun and issued a statement telling motorists that they are no longer allowed to pull over to appreciate the sunflowers.
There has not been a major incident or accident to prompt this ban, just some complaints of minor traffic slowdowns on a country road. The field is located on a country road and near a red light, so while cars would have to stop to allow pedestrians to cross the road, the traffic on the street is so calm that it does not cause any major congestion.
My Commentary: Authoritarianism is a disease. We must purge this corruption, or it will continue to rot the very roots of our societies.

Police ‘Accidentally’ Shoot 13-yo Girl at Elementary School After She Became “Combative”:

(Matt Agorist) A 13-year-old girl was brought to the hospital Thursday afternoon after suffering a bullet wound from a police officer’s gun. According to police, they were attempting to bring the ‘combative’ child under control when the ‘officer’s gun discharged.’
According to police, they were called to the school to investigate allegations of a crime. As they were talking to the young girl, she allegedly became “uncooperative and then combative,” according to the release.
While officers struggled to control the elementary student, one of their firearms somehow discharged while still in the holster and also somehow hit the girl, according to the release.
