NYPD Pigs Escalate an Otherwise Peaceful Situation Into Violence

Sara: I’m ashamed to be a NY’er after watching this. I nearly broke down in tears for this dude. Idle pigs are the devils playground.

NYPD Arrests Random Guy at Bus Stop in the Bronx:

Justin W.: Believe me this is mild

Sara: There’s definitely a lot worse out there but for some reason this really angers me. This dude was doing nothing wrong. They were provoking him by not letting him leave even after he showed his bus ticket and ID. It’s like they were waiting for him to get upset. He asked them repeatedly to take their hands off of him. They didn’t. Then when all the other pigs jumped in, it was over. The emotion in his voice was gut-wrenching. He didn’t deserve that shit.

Justin W.: Yeah I have seen a ton of these videos on YouTube each one makes me sad things are changing rapidly 😐

Sara: smh

Rayn: These pigs escalated an otherwise peaceful situation into violence, solely to legitimize the making of an arrest. Pure criminality on display, here. Statists gonna state…

SaraNo Victim, No Crime!

Rayn: Yes!

Abe L.: pigs at their best

Stacie T.: I just posted something the other day about officers in Rialto being required to wear video cameras and how it dropped the rate of force and complaints drastically. From this, I’d say it wouldn’t even work here. They know they are being video taped and they obviously don’t give a shit. They’re not even trying to violate the right to videotape their interactions with citizens. They are just going about their their shady business without the slightest concern that there is evidence of excessive force being used against this man. Sickening display of blatant abuse of power.

Lisa M.: why did they start with him?

Sara: NYPD assumed he didn’t pay his bus fare but he had the ticket and receipt on him and showed it to them right away but they continued to harass and attack him.

Lisa M.: smh

Fred W.: They’re a bunch of scumbags.

NYPD Officer to Suspect: ‘My Dick Will Go in Your Mouth’:
http://www.rawstory.com/2012/05/nypd-officer-to-suspect-my-dick-will-go-in-your-mouth/

A New York City Police Department sergeant has been caught on video threatening several Brooklyn men with his gun and with sexual assault.

Cell phone video obtained by the New York Post shows Sgt. Lesly Charles launching into a profane tirade while talking to several men who are suspected of criminal behavior.

“I have a long dick, you don’t,” Charles says. “Listen to me. When you see me, you look the other way. Tell your boys, I don’t fuck around. I’ll take my gun and put it up your ass and then I’ll call your mother afterwards. OK? And I’ll put your own shit in your mouth. Alright?”

“You guys are hustling or whatever, I ain’t got no problem with that,” he adds. “But when I come around and I speak, you fucking listen. Tell your boys.”

My Commentary: Sgt. Lesly Charles: “Your pretty face, I like it very much. My dick will go in your mouth and come out your ear. Don’t fuck with me.”

American Police State Relies Completely Upon on Cannabis Arrests

“The Whole System Relies on These Arrests”: The NYPD’s Racist Marijuana Arrest Crusade And Its National Implications:

(Alexander Zaitchik)  Every morning, several sheets of paper are posted to the walls outside the arraignment rooms of New York City’s Borough Courts. They list the names of the accused scheduled to appear before the judge and the legal codes of their offenses. On most days and across the city’s five boroughs, these lists include multiple names next to the numbers 221.10. This is the legal code for the misdemeanor charge of possessing small amounts of marijuana “open to public view,” meaning the public display or public smoking of pot. In 2010, more than 50,000 New Yorkers were arrested for violating 221.10. The number represented 15 percent of all arrests made by the NYPD and allowed the city to keep its crown of Marijuana Arrest Capital of the World.

Not that there is a credible challenger for the dubious honor. The high number of 221.10 arrests puts New York in a league of its own and has become a lightning rod in the national debate over race and the war on drugs. New York’s marijuana arrests, says a growing chorus of critics, are a prime example of how the nation’s drug laws disproportionately impact black and Latino communities.
