(Graham Moomaw) A Democratic lawmaker apologized Monday after jokingly holding up a hammer-and-sickle image behind Del. Lee Carter, a freshman legislator who is also a member of the Democratic Socialists of America.

Del. Mark Keam, D-Fairfax, later apologized on the House floor for using a tablet to hold the Communist symbol behind Carter, D-Prince William, at a meeting of the House of Delegates Finance Committee. But the episode could further strain relations between House Democrats and the anti-corporate left.

Please, serfs, don’t play hero… You’re not helping! Just allow shooters to fully execute their murderous plans with no resistance, or you’ll confuse police, and get yourself shot! Attacking an armed criminals while unarmed is dangerous, anyway!

In conclusion, if you don’t trust the police with your safety, you’re a crazy, racist gun-nut!

At least five students were arrested Friday as hundreds of others from several Stockton, California high schools walked out of classes in protest of gun violence.

Students at Stagg, Edison, Chavez, Lincoln and Village Oak high schools were walking along streets, and Stockton police said some students threw rocks and damaged both police and citizen vehicles.

Five arrests were made, including charges of battery on an officer, resisting arrest, taking an officer’s baton and vandalizing vehicles, including patrol vehicles, Stockton police said.

(Tim Stelloh) Tony Garces was still reeling from his injuries on Tuesday, nearly two weeks after he disarmed a possible church shooter in Amarillo, Texas — and was then shot by police.

Speaking to NBC News by phone from his hospital room at Heart Hospital of Northwest Texas, Garces, 54, said that he was admitted to the emergency room on Monday with a blood clot in his lung.

As I scrolled through my Facebook news feed, I discovered the following artwork here, being shared by the page, “Americans United Against the United States of America,” and originally posted it to my own wall, along with commentary…

“This is an HK MP7. It is a submachine gun capable of full auto fire. This is banned for civilian ownership as it was created after 1986. This is the preferred weapon for the secret service and congressional security details. Remember our elected officials are civilian representatives. They are still civilians. When they retire from service they still are provided with security armed with weapons like this. They say there is no reason for average Americans to own weapons like this. So why do our representatives need weapons like this? Why is it acceptable to many Americans to allow their government officials to ban things that they themselves take advantage of? The idea that they deserve more rights and protections than ‘average’ Americans is placing themselves above all of us average people.”

My Commentary: There are two sets of laws – one for the “elect,” with their mercenaries – and one for the serf… Strangely, most Americans defend their position as second-class citizen!
