(Michelle Diament) A $1.3 trillion government spending package will aid those with disabilities who wander while increasing special education funding and tackling restraint and seclusion in schools, among other issues.

The legislation signed by President Donald Trump late last week funds the federal government through September.

My Commentary: The State will now be funding “voluntary tracking devices,” which will be available to “vulnerable children with autism or adults with Alzheimer’s who are at risk of wandering.” So… how long before “voluntary” becomes “mandatory”?

Repealing the Second Amendment Is Easier than You Think:
https://mises.org/wire/repealing-second-amendment-easier-you-think

() In Tuesday’s New York Times, former Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens calls for a repeal of the Second Amendment, calling it a “relic of the 18th century.”

In response, many commentators have focused on what would be involved in repealing the amendment, noting that the formal amendment process is very costly and difficult. Amending the Constitution requires securing two-thirds majorities in both the House and the Senate — and then three-fourths of the states would have to ratify the amendment.

My Commentary: Although Supreme Court judges are duty-bound to uphold the Constitution, they see no issue in using their ultra-minority-based “decisions” to completely modify its original terms.

It’s no coincidence that yesterday’s New York Times article about repealing the Second Amendment was written by a retired Supreme Court judge…

(Sam Stanton, Tony Bizjak, and Nashelly Chavez) Stephon Clark was shot six times in the back and eight times total by Sacramento police officers, according to a private autopsy released Friday by his family’s legal team, a finding that increased tensions in a city already on edge about the shooting of the unarmed black man.

My Commentary: Not a single police bullet entered Clark’s body from the front, when he was recently murdered by criminal agents of the State, operating under color of law. Another tax-funded execution of the innocent, and more American Fascism, Exposed

(Rachel Blevins) A teenage boy was arrested and detained for the crime of posting a photo on social media of a toy gun he received as a birthday gift. Despite the fact that the photo included a “Warning” sticker on the gun, which stated that it was a toy, the student was suspended from school and treated as a criminal.

As a senior at Amity High Regional School, Zach Cassidento said he did not think he was doing anything wrong when he received a new airsoft gun for his birthday and posted a photo of it on Snapchat.

My Commentary: Was a warrant even issued? If so, which criminal judge signed it?
