My Commentary: Most pop music is COMPLETELY UNCREATIVE and UNORIGINAL. Rather than being based in talent, as many have already surmised, it is actually based in a proven mathematical formula for success involving the same four chords in the same progression, over and over again!

For those musically-literate, here are the four chords in their proper order: MINOR 1, MAJOR 6, MAJOR 3, FLAT 7!!! Together, they form a portion of Johann Pachelbel’s most famous work, “Canon in D,” which was written around 1690:

I am concerned that this violates many precedents of common law established in the United Kingdom in various child abuse cases and the Convention on the Rights of the Child in Articles 3, 16,19,23, 24,34,36,37, 39 and in Articles 6,8 and 14 of the European Convention on Human Rights all of which the United Kingdom is a signatory to.

I am concerned that this case represents a discrimination in due process due to the the fact that the child concerned has Aspergers and autism.
