Roman S.: I would appeal to the European Court of Human Rights. this clearly falls under Articles 6,8 and 14 of the European Convention on Human Rights
Roman S.: Dear Salford Court,
I am concerned about the miscarriage of justice conducted in your recent proceedings with Jack Bolton, Andrew Griffin and Nathan Marshall who rortured a boy with Aspergers and autism.
I am concerned that this violates many precedents of common law established in the United Kingdom in various child abuse cases and the Convention on the Rights of the Child in Articles 3, 16,19,23, 24,34,36,37, 39 and in Articles 6,8 and 14 of the European Convention on Human Rights all of which the United Kingdom is a signatory to.
I am concerned that this case represents a discrimination in due process due to the the fact that the child concerned has Aspergers and autism.
