Speak Out Against Corruption!

As I scrolled through my Facebook news feed, I discovered the following artwork here, being shared by the page, “I Owe You Only Non-Aggression,” and originally posted it to my own wall, along with commentary…

STEP ONE: Stop being afraid of speaking out against corruption. Challenge the status quo, regardless of ridicule or alientation. Instead of reacting in shame from the heckling masses, hold your head high, it is not you who is crazy! Those who accept, without challenge, a murderous group of crony sociopaths as their perceived leaders, are the actual ones in need of help.”

My Commentary: “If you see something, say something”!

My Commentary: It’s about time! So long as Americans don’t cave in to more pathetic “drug war” propaganda and lies, the timber, cotton and oil industries can say finally begin to say goodbye to their government-enforced monopolies over the vast majority of the world’s textile, paper and fuel production – which incidentally rely heavily upon a wasteful and obsolete business model of artificial scarcity and price gouging in order to continue reaping the enormous profits they have grown so accustomed to over the centuries, while also keeping them in constant receipt of corporate welfare (AKA “subsidies”), and unreasonably rewarding them for destroying the entire ecosystem! These are some of the same industries that have continuously lobbied for government-sponsored military intervention in those commodity-rich sovereign foreign nations that are unwilling to be subdued and imperialized in the name of “progress” and “industrialization,” both currently, and historically!

Hemp, for the win! It is a superior source for the world’s textiles, paper, and fuel. It contains more cellulose than both timber and cotton, it gestates in a mere six weeks, it does not significantly deplete the soil it grows on (hence requiring almost no crop rotation), it requires little to no fertilizers, it does not need to be sprayed with pesticides (since the negligible amount of THC within it deters insects, naturally), and it also makes for a great bio-fuel, along with a form of eco-friendly plastic, and even a type of “concrete” (hempcrete, which is vastly stronger than what we currently build with, now)! It’s time for some TRUE progress to take place!

Atari ST 1040, AKA “The Little Green Desktop”

My Commentary: My very first computer was an Atari ST 1040, which my father purchased for the family around 1988, when I was just eight years old! So, when I saw my friend sharing this picture on his FB wall a little while ago, it instantly put a smile on my face, and brought back so many childhood memories! Little Green Desktop, for the win!

My favorite game was Alternate Reality: The City! My older brother and I spent many, many hours playing it! Meanwhile, my sister and I loved to take turns playing the game, Mouse Trap! 🙂 Ahh, the days!

Let Politicians Be Soldiers!

As I scrolled through my Facebook news feed, I discovered the following artwork here, being shared by the page, “The Art of Not Being Governed,” and originally posted it to my own wall, along with commentary…

"I felt then, as I feel now, that the politicians who took us to war should have been given the guns and told to settle their differences themselves, instead of organizing nothing better than legalized mass murder." - Harry Patch (Last surviving soldier of World War I)

“I felt then, as I feel now, that the politicians who took us to war should have been given the guns and told to settle their differences themselves, instead of organizing nothing better than legalized mass murder.” – Harry Patch (Last surviving soldier of World War I)

My Commentary: And, this is just one of the many reasons I choose to call them the “Cowards-that-Be”!
