In this lawsuit, Jeffery Epstein was implicated as being directly involved in the grøøming, 𝘴ɛ𝘹 𝘵𝘳æ𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨, and 🍇ing of a young girl over a span of many years, while using a number of his properties to engage in his multitude of high crimes (including Little Saint James Island) – physically, 𝘴ɛ𝘹𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 and psychologically torturing her into submitting to a life of exploitation via 𝘴ɛ𝘹 slavery, which she endured in the form of both conventional prostitution and the production of multiple 𝘱ø𝘳𝘯ø𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘩𝘪𝘤 videos plus livestreams once she reached the legal “age of consent” – the recordings of which were then “widely and continuously distributed on 𝘗ø𝘳𝘯Hub” for many years.
Here is the original complaint that was filed by a total of 34 victims against 𝘗ø𝘳𝘯Hub on June 17, 2021 in the United States District Court, Central District of California, Case No. 2:21-CV-4920:
On pages 78-80, the following information about “Jane Doe No. 1” is included in the lawsuit:
“270. Beginning at age 7, and continuing for more than 21 years, Jane Doe No. 1 was raped, 𝘵𝘳æ𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘬𝘦𝘥, and exploited by a ring of Hollywood men and New
York financiers, including Jeffrey Epstein. These interactions were often recorded and since no later than 2007 have been widely and continuously distributed on
𝘗ø𝘳𝘯Hub.
- The first recording was made in a garage in Maryland in or about 2001-2002 when Jane Doe No. 1 was 10 years old. The next year, Jane Doe No. 1 was “sold” to another 𝘵𝘳æ𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘬𝘦𝘳 in New York. She was 𝘵𝘳æ𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘬𝘦𝘥 by this man and his organization in various states along the East Coast, and was forced to provide escort services and film 𝘱ø𝘳𝘯ø𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘩𝘪𝘤 videos and livestreams. The videos were produced in various warehouses.
- In 2004, Jane Doe No. 1 was transported to Florida, where she was introduced to Jeffrey Epstein and other men. Jane Doe No. 1 was directed to give
Epstein “massages,” which the New York Times explained was a known code word for 𝘴ɛ𝘹 among Epstein’s inner circles. She was transported to Epstein’s properties in New York, Palm Beach, Florida, and his private island, Little St. James in the U.S. Virgin Islands, which she visited on multiple occasions. This went on throughout her middle school and high school years and ended right before she started college. - Jane Doe No. 1 is aware of at least seven explicit videos of her on 𝘗ø𝘳𝘯hub between 2011 and 2016, as well as at least one recording from a livestream.
The videos were filmed in warehouses in multiple locations in California. The seven videos were uploaded multiple times on 𝘗ø𝘳𝘯hub. In some instances, Jane Doe No. 1’s 𝘵𝘳æ𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘬𝘦𝘳𝘴 forced her to actually upload and reupload old videos of herself as a form of punishment. - Jane Doe No. 1’s therapist assisted her with takedown requests, but she was not successful in having them all removed.
- The years of 𝘴ɛ𝘹𝘶𝘢𝘭 abuse and exploitation caused Jane Doe No. 1 to suffer from an eating disorder and substance abuse. These conditions forced Doe No. 1 to take a leave of absence from college. She continues to receive medical treatment for the emotional distress she suffered.”
And, in October 2021, just four months after this lawsuit was filed against 𝘗ø𝘳𝘯Hub, the company paid out an undisclosed amount of damages to the many victims involved, through their parent company, 𝘔𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘎𝘦𝘦𝘬. Read about it, here:

More Child Sex Trafficking Connections to Pornography
It’s important to note that, even in late 2019, 𝘗ø𝘳𝘯Hub found itself in the national spotlight when the mainstream media reported that it had been hosting 𝘱ø𝘳𝘯ø𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘩𝘺 and 🍇 videos produced by a kidnapper who abducted and 𝘴ɛ𝘹 t𝘳æ𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘬ed a minor for over a year, the evidence of which led to the perpetrator’s arrest. During police interviews with victim, she reported that the perpetrator had been 🍇ing her, had gotten her pregnant, and had taken her to a clinic to have an abortion.
While the article commends the detective work that led to the capture of the perpetrator, the source that was cited reported that a year after the victim originally went missing, it was the victim’s mother who was alerted that 𝘴ɛ𝘹𝘶𝘢lly explicit photos of her daughter were online, then reported this information to police, and only then did law enforcement begin investigating the matter, and soon found 𝘱ø𝘳𝘯ø𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘩𝘺 featuring the victim in 𝘗ø𝘳𝘯Hub, eventually tracking down and arrested the perpetrator. Apparently, police hadn’t been keeping tabs on websites like 𝘗ø𝘳𝘯Hub, though they provide ample opportunity for predators to share and monetize their crimes online.
By December of 2020, New York Times Opinion Columnist, Nicholas Kristof, wrote an article exposing 𝘗ø𝘳𝘯Hub as being “infested with 🍇 videos”, while claiming that “it monetizes child 🍇, revenge 𝘱ø𝘳𝘯ø𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘩𝘺, spy cam videos of women showering, racist and misogynist content, and footage of women being asphyxiated in plastic bags”. An important takeaway from Kristof’s article is the following:
“The problem goes far beyond one company. Indeed, a rival of 𝘗ø𝘳𝘯Hub, 𝘟𝘝𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘰𝘴, which arguably has even fewer scruples, may attract more visitors. Depictions of child abuse also appear on mainstream sites like Twitter, Reddit and Facebook. And Google supports the business models of companies that thrive on child mølestatiøn.”
Mastercard and Visa took Kristof’s article very seriously, and immediately began investigating the columnist’s claims about 𝘗ø𝘳𝘯Hub for themselves. And, just six days later, Mastercard publicly announced that “the investigation ‘confirmed violations of our standards prohibiting unlawful content on their site,’ which prompted the company to terminate the acceptance of its cards on the site.” Read about it, here:

Less than a week after that, 𝘗ø𝘳𝘯Hub decided to remove almost 80% of its 𝘱ø𝘳𝘯ø𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘩ic content because it had been uploaded by unverified users.

All of the facts provided above are even more harrowing when factoring in the vast popularity and international reach of 𝘗ø𝘳𝘯Hub. According to TraffickingHub.com, a grassroots organization dedicated to justice for the many victims of 𝘴ɛ𝘹 𝘵𝘳æ𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 and 🍇 whose 𝘴ɛ𝘹𝘶𝘢𝘭 abuse was recorded and hosted to 𝘗ø𝘳𝘯Hub, “[i]n 2020, 𝘗ø𝘳𝘯Hub was the fifth most-visited website in the world. It was also the largest and most popular 𝘱ø𝘳𝘯 site, with 56 million pieces of content live on the site, 170 million visits per day, 62 billion visits per year, and enough videos uploaded every 12 months that it would take 169 years if you watched them back-to-back. 𝘗ø𝘳𝘯Hub had more site traffic than Amazon and Netflix, and more daily visits than the entire populations of Canada, Australia, and France combined. Researchers named it the 3rd most influential “tech” company on global society, just behind Google and Facebook. 4.6 billion daily ad impressions were helping the site earn hundreds of millions of dollars annually for its parent company, MindGeek.”
By February of 2021, another victim initiated a class action lawsuit 𝘗ø𝘳𝘯Hub for hosting child 🍇 videos on its website.

In April of 2021, just five months after Kristof published his first article, he wrote a second piece exposing the 🍇 and 𝘴ɛ𝘹𝘶𝘢𝘭 abuse and exploitation of women and children that was taking place via popular 𝘱ø𝘳𝘯ø𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘩ic websites available online, shifting the focus of his investigation from 𝘗ø𝘳𝘯Hub to their biggest rival, 𝘟𝘝𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘰𝘴. The columnist maintained his original position, writing the following:
“…as I noted at the time, the exploitation is rooted not in a single company but in an industry that operates with impunity, and punishing one corporation may simply benefit its rivals. Kristof added these important insights:
“Pierre Woodman, a veteran European 𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘯𝘰𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘩𝘦𝘳, told me that while I may have damaged 𝘗ø𝘳𝘯Hub financially, for 𝘟𝘝𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘰𝘴 ‘you are Santa Claus.’
“That’s not a comfortable feeling, and it’s why we need to work to rein in an entire rogue industry — and for now, the behemoth is 𝘟𝘝𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘰𝘴, bolstered by Google and other search engines.
“‘We are the biggest adult tube in the industry, with an average of two billion daily impressions worldwide,’ boasts 𝘟𝘝𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘰𝘴, which SimilarWeb ranks as the seventh-most-visited website in the world. Two slots behind is a sister website with almost exactly the same content, 𝘟𝘕𝘟𝘟.com. Each gets more visitors than Yahoo, Amazon or Netflix.”
A week later, a class action lawsuit was brought by “the National Center on 𝘚𝘦𝘹𝘶𝘢𝘭 Exploitation Law Center and an accomplished assembly of survivor-focused and commercial litigation law firms, on behalf of child sex trafficking survivors” against “WebGroup Czech Republic (WGCZ), the shadowy corporate entity behind 𝘟𝘝𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘰𝘴 (the world’s most frequently visited 𝘱ø𝘳𝘯ø𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘩𝘺 website with over 3 billion monthly visits)”. Meanwhile, the titans of the 𝘱ø𝘳𝘯ø𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘩𝘺 industry were proving themselves to be more dedicated to profiting from their cozy relationship with the 𝘴ɛ𝘹 𝘵𝘳æ𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘬𝘦𝘳𝘴 who supply much of their content. However, they lost their battle against the State of Texas to prevent implementation of a legislative measure meant to protect victims of such predators.
In November of 2023, the office of Attorney General Ken Paxton released the following statement:
“After the Texas Legislature passed House Bill 1181 earlier this year, pornography companies, including the owners or operators of 𝘗ø𝘳𝘯Hub, 𝘟𝘝𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘰𝘴, and 𝘟𝘕𝘟𝘟, filed a lawsuit attempting to prevent the law from going into effect. The legislation requires websites hosting adult content to verify a user’s age and include a warning describing the harmful medical and societal side effects of pornography consumption.”

Drugging and Sex Trafficking of World’s First “Porn Star”, Linda Lovelace, by Her Husband

Sex Slavery, Forced Marriage and Their Connection to Pornography

According to the UN Report I cited above regarding victims of slavery, “22 million were trapped in forced marriage”. That’s almost HALF of slavery victims.
According to global estimates by International Labour Organization (ILO), about one in three (or roughly 37%) of the 22 million people trapped in forced marriages are children. This translates to approximately 8.1 million. Even a so-called “marriage contract” between an adult and a child that incorporates a co-sign from the child’s parents is s̲t̲i̲l̲l̲ ̲s̲l̲a̲v̲e̲r̲y̲ in the form of “f̲o̲r̲c̲e̲d̲ ̲m̲a̲r̲r̲i̲a̲g̲e̲”, as the arrangement does not meet the legal requirement of “full and free consent”- which is the highest standard of voluntariness, and combines the elements of full consent (complete willingness) and free consent (total absence of pressure), while legally requiring informed consent as a prerequisite.
To begin, an adult who wants to marry a child has the benefit of operating with full agency and at full faculties, while the child does not. This lack of equal legal footing between the signing parties qualifies as the presence of “pressure”. Meanwhile, a child is a ward of their parents and a dependent of their household, so their involvement in such a “contract” qualifies as the presence of even greater “pressure”, as well as a glaring “conflict of interest” – factors which can be systematically leveraged with even more success in cases where the parents “co-sign” their child’s “marriage contract” in bad faith. And, in 50% of forced marriages, that’s been exactly the case.
“Family members were responsible for the vast majority of forced marriages. Most persons who reported on the circumstances of forced marriage were forced to marry by their parents (73 per cent) or other relatives (16 percent). Half of those living in forced marriages were coerced using emotional
threats or verbal abuse. This includes the use of emotional blackmail – for example, parents threatening self-harm or asserting that the family’s reputation will be ruined – and threats of estrangement from family members, among other things. Physical or sexual violence and threats of violence were the next most used form of coercion to force a marriage (19 per cent).”
More proof to point in the case of any so-called “marriage contract” between an adult and a child that incorporates a co-sign from the child’s parents, it often fails another standard of a valid and legitimate contract based in full and free consent – namely, it does not secure the ability for the child to legally exit that “marriage contract”, as children cannot legally file for divorce in most localities. On top of that, it also often fails to secure the ability of the child to access various public services available to adults in relationships, as children cannot legally file a protective order in most localities. Finally, it also often fails to secure the ability of the child to access the various types of housing available to adults, as children cannot legally sign residential leases in most localities. Meanwhile, the adult party of said “marriage contract” retains full access to divorce procedings, protective orders, and housing options. The unequal legal standing between an adult and child in a so-called “marriage contract” is truly laid bare, when considering these factors.
“Perhaps most shockingly, children typically are not allowed to initiate a legal proceeding – such as seeking a protective order or even filing for divorce – unless they act through a guardian or other representative. Globally, pregnancy complications are a leading cause of death for girls aged 15 to 19.
