Similarities Between the “War on Terrorism” and “War on Drugs”

As I scrolled through my Facebook news feed, I discovered the following artwork here, being shared by the page, “Antiwar.com,” and originally posted it to my own wall…

"War on Terror (Freeze or I'll shoot!) - Invade poor countries to get terrorists - Destroy homes, confiscate property and jail families of terror suspects - Accidentally kill & imprison thousands of innocent people - Ignore underlying causes of terror - Waste billions of dollars - Experience failure _______________________ War on Drugs (Freeze or I'll shoot) - Invade poor neighborhoods to get drug dealers - Destroy homes, confiscate property and jail families of drug suspects - Accidentally kill & imprison thousands of innocent people - Ignore underlying causes of drug use - Waste billions of dollars - Experience failure"

My Commentary: Some major similarities between the fallacious “War on Terror” and “War on Drugs.”
