Washington State Lawmakers Make Speedy Move to Shield Their Records from the Public:

() Forget everything you ever learned about how a bill becomes a law. Forget those public hearings, floor debates and deliberations.

With breathtaking speed, Washington lawmakers passed a bill Friday that removed themselves from the state’s voter-approved Public Records Act — keeping years of emails and other documents off-limits and making the Legislature its own gatekeeper when it comes to secrecy.

Senate Bill 6617 passed the Senate, without debate, 41-7. Minutes later, House lawmakers approved it 83-14.

(Tyler O’neil) South Carolina Congressman Mick Mulvaney attacked the rampant government corruption involved in the high pricing of EpiPen Auto-Injectors at a House panel on Wednesday, telling the woman at the heart of the controversy, “You’ve asked for it.”

“You’ve been in these hallways to ask us to make people buy your stuff,” Mulvaney declared, tearing into Heather Bresch, the CEO of pharmaceutical giant Mylan, the company behind the EpiPen. “I think there’s laws in eleven states now that require schools to have epinephrin in some immediately deliverable fashion. You’ve lobbied us to make the taxpayer buy your stuff.”

My Commentary: Government-established and protected monopolies are for the “common good,” you selfish fuck-face… Now, shut up, and pay your “fair share” of taxes for these helpful “services,” or you’ll be abducted and thrown in a cage!

Dashcam Shows Cops Smiling as they Brutally Beat, Taser & Sic K-9 on Compliant Man for “Dancing”:

(Matt Agorist) A Washington man was just granted $100,000 to settle a civil rights lawsuit after police were seen on dashcam, repeatedly punching him, repeatedly tasering him, and allowing their K9 to maul him continuously in spite of appearing unconscious.

On Aug. 22, 2014, the victim, Linson Tara was found dancing in a freight yard. Tara was not violent, and when police arrived, the dashcam shows him standing there with one hand on his hip and another in the air.

As police attempt to walk Tara over to the vehicle, they quickly become violent. At most, Tara had merely pulled his arm away from the officer before he was placed in a headlock, slammed to the hood of the patrol car and beaten.

Washington, D.C., Has Four Layers of Bureaucracy to Protect Against Rogue Shoe-Shiners:

Shining shoes seems like a relatively low-risk occupation. (Heck, even Andy Dwyer can do it.)

Not so, says the city government of Washington, D.C., where would-be shoe shiners have to acquire no fewer than four licenses, with fees totaling at least $337 to get into business. Oh, and if you want to shine shoes on the sidewalk, cough up another $1,200 for a two-year permit.

Discussing State School Punishment of Achievement

As always, State schools have “zero tolerance” for genuine, organic achievements! Children must be taught to comply, to conform, to regiment, and to be held the standard of the “average,” or else, risk butting heads with gate-keeping, authoritarian government mercenaries!

Sara: Someone should start a fundraiser for her to attend private school. She deserves a scholarship.

Jason R.: that’s the way society is, and in order to change society everyone needs to agree!

Jason R.: However, it’s a sad how many people agree with the wrong things. It’s time to let people just be!
