Majority of American Tax Dollars Used to Fund Endless Wars of Aggression and Crimes Against Humanity

I originally posted the following video and commentary onto my Facebook wall…

Pulse Change | Where Do Our Taxes Go?

My Commentary: The endless wars of aggression and crimes against humanity aren’t just going to fund themselves, tax-slaves! Better pay your “fair share,” or you’ll be locked in a cage!

“Nation-Building” is Orwellian Newspeak for Wars of Aggression, Occupation and Imperialism

The following debate originally took place upon the Facebook wall of my friend, Brooke M…

Brooke N.: Does anybody remember when we did nation building instead of nation breaking? When we gave foreign aid instead of shock and awe? I suspect that if we made micro loans to individuals in Latin America instead of running our drug wars through their countries, we’d have fewer immigrants from there and they could stay home and make a living and one day our neighbor would be as well off as we and not be plagued with gangs and drugs and paramilitary and insurgents. If we had actually fixed Iraq after we broke it instead of having hired Halliburton and paying them billions for doing nothing, we could have provided power and clean water, people are appreciating ISIS over there for giving them power and clean water. We could have given people jobs rebuilding schools instead of having tortured their citizens and weaving a web of intrigue from inside the green zone—and it would not have cost nearly as much as the wars we’ve gotten involved in since 2001. Just a thought.

Preston W.: There you go again being rational…

Brooke N.: I used to be wild and crazy now people accuse me of being rational all the time. Getting old.

Patricia B.: Rational is the new wild and crazy.

Brooke N.: Patricia I wish! Never seen such a bunch of nut cases wanting to be President before. SMH.

Obbe H.: Nation building doesn’t work to well either since cries of white colonialism/imperialism would ring out. That’s not as far fetched as it sounds since I said the same thing Brooke said in a history class and was told that I was being insensitive to other cultures. Latin America has rarely been a stable environment and we haven’t helped matters-the drug trade is just one example dysfunctional governments in that area. Iraq of course not fixable after our invasion but not exactly an area of stability before. Note the Iraq/Iran war, the Kurds and the Shia/Sunni mix just festering behind everything. No Brooke with age your beginning to sound more and more utopian.

Laura M.: We certainly screwed up Iraq every way we possibly could…continuing tragedy playing out. Even though our government let all of us down in that, I still know of lots of programs sponsored by generous Americans to help others in need. Programs such as HEIFFER, Habitat for Humanity, OX-FAM, World Vision, UNICEF, and many other programs, some of which are faith-sponsored programs. It will continue to be on us… The ordinary Americans to reach out to give helping hands…just because we are part of the HUMANITY FAMILY!

Discussing Obama’s Continuation and Expansion of America’s Wars

The following correspondence originally took place upon the Facebook wall of my friend, Jonas A., after he shared artwork from here

Jonas A.: Both are equal and opposite of the same BS we all are dealing with….time to boot them all out!

"If you haven't figured it out by now... These are corporate spokesmen, not leaders. They both started illegal wars, tortured people, bailed out criminal corporations, spied on you, violated the Constitution, and committed war crimes. What is it going to take to wake you up?"

“If you haven’t figured it out by now…
These are corporate spokesmen, not leaders.
They both started illegal wars, tortured people,
bailed out criminal corporations, spied on you,
violated the Constitution, and committed war crimes.

What is it going to take to wake you up?”

Lynne C.: Ok…I’m confused….just what war did Obama start???

Jonas A.: One started…the other just continued the program….

Lynne C.: Correct me if I’m wrong….but Obama is bringing the military home. I’m Canadian and its on our news up here….WorldTruth seems to be blowing wind as far as I’m concerned.

Rayn: To answer your question, Lynne. Obama has authorized the US military to engage in illegal warfare against the nations of Yemen, Libya, Somalia and Syria, on top of continuing with Bush’s wars in Afghanistan, Iraq and Pakistan. I hope this information alleviates your confusion.

Lynne C.: A person doesn’t know who or what to believe any more….that I am sure of.

Rayn: Only believe the facts. 😉 (Click Here to Continue Reading This Post)

Are Obama’s Claims of Progressing Civil Rights and the American Economy Actually Legitimate?

The following debate originally took place on my Facebook wall, upon my post, “Hooray! The “Lesser of Two Evils” Has Prevailed!“…

Rayn: The sheeple have spoken, and the “lesser of two evils” has prevailed! More wars! More drone strikes! More murdered civilians! More indefinite detentions! More torture! More names on the “Presidential Kill List”! More assassinations of American citizens! Yay for democracy! Hooray for progress!

"Americans used to fight fascists, now they vote for them"

“Americans used to fight fascists, now they vote for them”

Brian J.But yay for women’s rights, healthcare, gay rights, and the middle-class. Obama kills for an actual reason, even though it’s wrong. Bush killed for no reason. Obama is at least trying to catch the terrorists, that the CIA creates. LOL! At least that’s some progress. But America is gonna get even better in the next four years, and I get to relax. And I voted Libertarian! Who would of thunk it?! 🙂

James J.Obama spent more on the war then bush ever did and is a drone strike fanatic and it is proven drone strikes kills are 80% civilian including woman and children and he also supports every bad thing we hated about bush including the patriot act which allows him to detain anyone for what ever reason and hold them with out trial not including his own recklessness with the war that gots his own commanders worried what he is going to do next

Daniel F.Tonight was a victory for the American people. The repuglicans’ attempts at voter suppression may very well have backfired in a major way, as all over the country people refused to be deterred by long lines from casting their votes. Romney and the rethuglicans had nothing to run on aside from bigotry and fear, and in the end all that cash from the Koch-heads and Adelson ended up being for nothing. The plutocrats were hell-bent on making sure that Elizabeth Warren never got anywhere near the Senate, and they failed at that. Those Akin and Turdock creatures found out the hard way that such comments on rape do not go over well even in states like Missouri and Indiana. And in Colorado and Washington, voters actually voted to legalize recreational use of marijuana. And most importantly we are reminded that the winner of an election is not the candidate who can raise the most money, but the candidate who gets the most votes.

GenaireBrian, we all lose. Only those looking for handout seem to think the opposite.

Brian J.Actually, we don’t. Obama hasn’t been perfect, and he has committed war crimes. But the economy is getting better, more jobs are being created, and the unemployment rate is going down. He’s definitely a better choice than Romney, and I think he’s gonna become a good president for the American people. But if you’re a terrorist that we created, watch out! Lol!

Brian J.Obama has done many good things for the American people, during the last four years. You just don’t hear about it, due to the lack of coverage on what he’s done. Sadly, his focus on using the Patriot Act, and drone attacks, gets more attention. And he hasn’t started any new wars. He ended one war, and has only used drone attacks, without creating another war, or spending more money.

GenaireBrian, why do you keep comparing Obama to Romney? Our political system has more than two political parties. Yes, we, in your mind may have elected into office the lesser of the two evils, but we had more than two choices. He can create all the jobs in the world – with the money he spends on war, it won’t matter.

Rayn: Obama HAS started new wars, Brian. We already discussed this, when you made this claim previously. Therefore, I will just cut and paste what I already wrote to you in our last discussion on the subject (http://acidrayn.com/2012/10/15/has-obama-been-helping-to-restore-america-or-is-he-just-another-warmongering-corporate-puppet/):

Obama actually escalated America’s war in Afghanistan, while also aggressively continuing war operations in Pakistan, and authorizing new military strikes against Yemen, Libya and Somalia. Therefore, he has unequivocally engaged the U.S. in EVEN MORE WAR:

The So-Called “Shocking” Pattern of Obama Repeating Some of the Worst of George W. Bush

I originally posted the following information and commentary onto my Facebook wall…

The Shocking Pattern of Obama Repeating Some of the Worst of George W. Bush:
http://www.alternet.org/story/152095/the_shocking_pattern_of_obama_repeating_some_of_the_worst_of_george_w._bush/

(TomDispatch.comDavid Bromwich) Is it too soon to speak of the Bush-Obama presidency?

The record shows impressive continuities between the two administrations, and nowhere more than in the policy of “force projection” in the Arab world. With one war half-ended in Iraq, but another doubled in size and stretching across borders in Afghanistan; with an expanded program of drone killings and black-ops assassinations, the latter glorified in special ceremonies of thanksgiving (as they never were under Bush); with the number of prisoners at Guantanamo having decreased, but some now slated for permanent detention; with the repeated invocation of “ state secrets ” to protect the government from charges of war crimes; with the Patriot Act renewed and its most dubious provisions left intact — the Bush-Obama presidency has sufficient self-coherence to be considered a historical entity with a life of its own.

My Commentary: Shocking? NO!!! Not to me, nor to the millions other Americans who no longer subscribe to the false paradigm of the warmongering two-party fraud-system! Not everyone has had their head in the sand! One thing’s FOR SURE: as the government continues to murder, war, occupy and imperialize, MANY, MANY MORE individuals will awaken from their slumber to the reality of the BIG LIE!
