Leftists Are Amused by a “Joke” Meme Involving the American Government’s War Crimes

The following debate originally took place upon the Facebook wall of an acquaintance, after he shared a meme from here

Sam B.:

"Biden: Showed Trump the drone strike controls in your top desk drawer Obama: That's an Etch-a-Sketch Biden: Yup"

“Biden: Showed Trump the drone strike controls in your top desk drawer

(note that upon sharing this meme to his wall, Sam soon receives 9 “likes” and 7 “hahas” from his Facebook friends)

RaynHa! Good one! Super funny! Nothing like a clever joke involving the American government’s War Crimes!

Obama-Led Drone Strikes Kill Innocents 90% of the Time in Afghanistan, in Just a Single Five-Month Campaign:
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/civilian-deaths-drone-strikes_us_561fafe2e4b028dd7ea6c4ff

When combining the officially-acknowledged, yet incomplete, government-reported numbers of casualties from drone strikes in Pakistan, Yemen, Somalia, and Afghanistan, the most modest possible totals show that between 616 – 1,258 civilians were killed, which includes between 186 – 241 children.

Get the Data: Drone Wars:
https://www.thebureauinvestigates.com/category/projects/drones/drones-graphs/

During Obama’s presidency, between 449 – 926 of the above-mentioned civilians casualties occurred (about 72.9% – 73.6% of the totals), which includes between 80 – 112 children (about 43 % – 46.5% of the totals). This is just more bipartisan criminality taking place in the ludicrous, endless “War on Terror.”

Oh, and this doesn’t even include US drone operations occurring in Iraq, Libya and Syria…

The US Surrendered Its Right to Accuse Russia of War Crimes a Long Time Ago:

(Darius Shahtahmasebi) Renowned journalist Glenn Greenwald recently tweeted the three rules of American exceptionalism:

“3 rules of US Exceptionalism: 1) Our killing is better than theirs; 2) Nothing we do can be ‘terrorism’; 3) Only enemies are ‘war criminals”

Greenwald’s astute observations were presumably made in response to Secretary of State John Kerry’s recent remarks that both Russia and Syria should face war crimes investigations for their recent attacks on Syrian civilians.

BREAKING: Long-Awaited Chilcot Report Shows US & UK Had No Reason to Invade Iraq:

(Claire Bernish)

In a damning commentary on the rush to invade Iraq, Sir John Chilcot’s inquiry found “diplomatic options had not” at the time “been exhausted. Military action was therefore not a last resort — as then Prime Minister Tony Blair led the people of the U.K. to believe.

While the Chilcot Report proffers scathing insight into the circumstances surrounding the U.K.’s part in one of the most contentious invasions of a sovereign state in modern times, findings dually skewer then U.S. President George W. Bush’s reckless rush to force military action.

“Military action might have been necessary later,” the BBC summarized several key points found by the Inquiry, “but in March 2003: There was no imminent threat from Saddam Hussein; The strategy of containment could have been adapted and continued for some time; The majority of the Security Council supported continuing UN inspections and monitoring.
