Statism Promotes Violence Against Women

As I scrolled through my Facebook news feed, I discovered the following artwork here, being shared by the page, “The Recovering Statist,” and originally posted it to my own wall, along with commentary…

“Remember Billy: hitting girls is wrong… unless you’re wearing a badge & a magic suit. Then, it’s totally okay.”

My Commentary: Statism is so “progressive,” promoting equal rights of the sexes!

Smug, Self-Important Control-Freaks in Charge of Government

As I scrolled through my Facebook news feed, I discovered the following captioned photo here, being shared by the page, “NORML Women’s Alliance,” and originally posted it to my own wall, along with commentary…

“Democrats picked Congressman Joe Kennedy III (D-MA) to respond to President Trump’s State of the Union address on Tuesday. He was one of only ten Democrats to vote against a 2015 amendment protecting medical cannabis patients and providers from federal prosecution. He also opposed measures on medical marijuana for veterans and CBD for kids with epilepsy, putting him way out of step with voters and his party.” (https://www.marijuanamoment.net/anti-cannabis-dem-giving-trump-sotu-response-newsletter-jan-29-2018/)

My Commentary: LOL! DemoCrackPots and RepubliConArtists are two wings of the same bird… Both use the violent apparatus of the State to initiate aggression against the peaceful. Both are full of smug, self-important control-freaks that support a continuation of the inherently-racist, freedom-crushing, prison-filling fraud, known as the “War on Drugs.”

Without an Injured Party, No Legitimate Law Has Been Broken

As I scrolled through my Facebook news feed, I discovered the following artwork here, being shared by the page, “Police The Police,” and originally posted it to my own wall, along with commentary…

Kelly Thomas: No Conviction, Sandra Bland: No Conviction, Eric Garner: No Conviction, Phil Castile: No Conviction, Freddie Gray: No Conviction, James Boyd: No Conviction, Tamir Rice: No Conviction, Alton Sterling: No Conviction

My Commentary: No worries. Just keep voting harder! That’ll show the establishment you really mean business!

Something to think about: without an injured party, no *legitimate* law has actually been broken. This is the foundation of common law (and common sense). Meanwhile, most of the victims pictured here only ended up being murdered by agents of the government *after* first being detained and harassed using the erroneous pretext of some victimless crime, or another… The State is the ultimate centralization of coercion, tyranny and violence, and represents the cult religion of the Accuser.

Discussing a Flagstaff, Arizona Officer’s Attempt at an Unlawful Arrest Against an Innocent Woman, and His Execution of a Punch to Her Face While She was Restrained

The following correspondence originally took place upon my Facebook wall, after I shared artwork being shared by the page, “Statism is a Cult“…

"Without government violent gangs would take over."

“Without government,
violent gangs would take over.”

Nali M.: That happened in my city. I think it’s bc she kneed him in the crotch. Still should have used the taser instead.

Rayn: The officer attempted to arrest this woman for warrants that were invalid, making him nothing more than a costumed criminal, with a shiny badge, and a gun. He was operating only under color of law, and had no legal right to arrest this woman.

Arizona Cop Punches Woman in Face During Arrest:

She was under no obligation to cooperate in any way with the unlawful orders of these State agents, and appeared perfectly cognizant of this fact. She understood that she was being abducted, through use of assault and battery, with the intent to falsely imprison her, and chose to exercise her right to resist the criminal acts she was being subjected to, and attempted to appeal to reason and evidence, as her defense.

Your Right of Defense Against Unlawful Arrest:
http://www.constitution.org/uslaw/defunlaw.htm

From the article:

“Citizens may resist unlawful arrest to the point of taking an arresting officer’s life if necessary.” Plummer v. State, 136 Ind. 306. This premise was upheld by the Supreme Court of the United States in the case: John Bad Elk v. U.S., 177 U.S. 529. The Court stated: “Where the officer is killed in the course of the disorder which naturally accompanies an attempted arrest that is resisted, the law looks with very different eyes upon the transaction, when the officer had the right to make the arrest, from what it does if the officer had no right. What may be murder in the first case might be nothing more than manslaughter in the other, or the facts might show that no offense had been committed.”

“An arrest made with a defective warrant, or one issued without affidavit, or one that fails to allege a crime is within jurisdiction, and one who is being arrested, may resist arrest and break away. lf the arresting officer is killed by one who is so resisting, the killing will be no more than an involuntary manslaughter.” Housh v. People, 75 111. 491; reaffirmed and quoted in State v. Leach, 7 Conn. 452; State v. Gleason, 32 Kan. 245; Ballard v. State, 43 Ohio 349; State v Rousseau, 241 P. 2d 447; State v. Spaulding, 34 Minn. 3621. (Click Here to Continue Reading This Post)

The Genocidal Truths Surrounding the So-Called “Discovery” of America

7 Myths and Atrocities of Christopher Columbus That Will Make You Cringe:

() (Inspired by Vince Schilling‘s article for Indian Country Today Media Network: Read it here.)

In 1492, Columbus sailed the ocean blue, so goes the elementary school rhyme. But Columbus also committed numerous crimes against humanity that we never learned about in school. This coming Monday, whenever you see a status update or tweet mentioning Columbus Day, share this article in response. On the anniversary of Columbus’ landing, it’s important for everyone to remember that Christopher Columbus was one of the most evil men to ever walk the earth, and that the myths propagated about him were completely wrong.

My Commentary: I discovered and read “Bartoleme de Las Casas, Brief Account of the Devastation of the Indies. (1542)” in the public library when I was around 9 or 10 years old, and innocently searching for any information I could find on the Native American portion of my family’s ancestry. It changed my views on EVERYTHING, FOREVER… Needless to say, the very first thing to go was any semblance of trust that I had in public schooling. Never again would allow the institution to “interfere with my education” (to paraphrase Mark Twain)…
