(n a lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court that is still working its way through the legal system, a Pennsylvania woman claims that New Castle police officers violated her civil and constitutional rights during a traffic stop back in Nov. 2013.

Kimberlee Carbone says she was pulled over under the pretext of not “apply[ing] her turn signal at least 100 feet before the intersection” as per Pennsylvania law, before she was forced to endure five hours of humiliation. Officer David Maiella had made the stop after seeing a man “briefly enter an apartment” and then get into Carbone’s car that he suspected of buying drugs, according to the lawsuit.

Never Forget… Institutionalized Eugenics in America

I originally posted the following information and statement onto my Facebook wall…

"Buck v. Bell: In 1925, Virginia, like a majority of states then, enacted eugenic sterilization laws. Viriginia's law allowed state institutions to operate on individuals to prevent conception of what were believed to be 'genetically inferior' children. Charlottesville native, Carrie Buck (1906 - 1983), involuntarily committed to a state facility near Lynchburg, was chosen as the first person to be sterilized under the law. The U.S. Supreme Court, in Buck v. Bell, on 2 May 1927, affirmed the Virginia law. After Buck, mor than 8,000 other Virginians were sterlized before the most relevant parts of the act were repealed in 1974. Later evidence eventually showed that Buck and many others had no 'hereditary defects.' She is buried south of here." (Department of Historic Resources, 2002)

Buck v. Bell:

Buck v. Bell, 274 U.S. 200 (1927), is a decision of the United States Supreme Court, written by Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr., in which the Court ruled that a state statute permitting compulsory sterilization of the unfit, including the intellectually disabled, “for the protection and health of the state” did not violate the Due Process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution. The decision was largely seen as an endorsement of negative eugenics—the attempt to improve the human race by eliminating “defectives” from the gene pool. The Supreme Court has never expressly overturned Buck v. Bell.

In America, All Police Officers Enforce Victimless Crimes, Making Them Guilty of Initiating Aggression Against Peaceful Individuals

The following debate originally took place upon my Facebook wall, after I posted artwork being shared by the page, “Vacate the Military”…

Rayn

"This tree did more for freedom than all of the troops combined"

“This tree did more for freedom than all of the troops combined”

Murilo M.: Maybe the drivers were honest peace officers who had never committed any abuse. Not all peace officers are abusive and corrupt. I think sometimes people are too hard on the police.

Rayn: Impossible. We don’t have “peace officers” in America. We have “law enforcement officers.” There’s a BIG difference!

Peace Officer Versus Police Officer

Peace Officer Versus Police Officer

Murilo M.: Well, here in Brazil the police is also one of the worst institutions we have, but not all peace officers are bad, some are just trying to do their job well and earn their living to feed their families.

Rayn: There is no such thing as an “honest” law enforcement officer in America. That’s a contradiction in terms. Law enforcement officers are paid mercenaries who follow the orders of their political overlords, collect revenue for the State, and enforce arbitrary edicts upon your fellow INNOCENT and the PEACEFUL human beings, including brutality, abduction and imprisonment!

Understand REALITY: No Victim, No Crime! And, so long as police enforce VICTIMLESS NON-CRIMES such as “possession of cannabis,” “jaywalking,” “broken tail light,” and a host of other oppressive and abusive laws, they are INITIATING AGGRESSION UPON, and hence, VIOLATING THE RIGHTS OF, INNOCENT PEOPLE. It is LITERALLY THEIR JOB TO DO SO!

I think that society has been too easy on the police for far too long. Indeed, the average American is a full-blown, BOOT-LICKING COP-SUCKER. Yet, police have continued to abuse the public, while being almost completely shielded from prosecution by the States that employ these career criminals! (Click Here to Continue Reading This Post)

The Symptoms Are Everywhere, But the Underlying Problem is the Deadly Institution Known as “The State”

I originally posted the following video and commentary onto my Facebook wall…

NYPD Quotas:

My Commentary: Let us treat the problem, not just the symptoms! These elitist control-freaks would be powerless without the legal monopoly on “justice” and violence that is THE STATE! It is THIS DEADLY INSTITUTION that provides them with the ability to criminalize our humanity, while simultaneously legalizing their criminality!

Democide: 20th Century Mortacracies:
https://www.hawaii.edu/powerkills/20TH_C_MORTACRACIES.GIF
(260+ million human beings were murdered by their own gov’t over the last century – and, these figures don’t even account for all of the casualties from the imperialistic wars of aggression that these psychopaths have orchestrated during that time)

No victim, no crime! Any form of “regulation” beyond this is an overreaching violation of the innocent and peaceful in search of a boogie man that lives no further than the nearest mirror, whether the alleged violation be “jaywalking,” “failure to wear a seatbelt,” a “broken taillight,” selling loose cigarettes, etc.

“The more laws, the less justice.” – Marcus Cicero
“The more corrupt the State, the more it legislates.” – Tacitus

Police are a State-funded gang of thugs, trained and ordered to harass, extort, rob, kidnap, cage, brutalize and murder the most vulnerable members of society, in an effort to empower and enrich the State, and the military-prison-industrial-complex that controls it!

Centralized “Legal” Authority is Humanity’s Worst Enemy

BART Admits Halting Cell Service to Stop Protests:

(Michael Cabanatuan) BART’s shut-off of subterranean cell phone service in its downtown San Francisco stations may have prevented a protest Thursday, but it sparked accusations Friday that the action stifled free speech and smacked of the kind of government intrusion employed by Middle East dictators.

“All over the world, people are using mobile devices to protest oppressive regimes, and governments are shutting down cell phone towers and the Internet to stop them,” said Michael Risher, a staff attorney for the American Civil Liberties Union of Northern California. “It’s outrageous that in San Francisco, BART is doing the same thing.”
