NY Assemblywoman Introduces Tyrannical Legislation to Enforce Mandatory Voting Through Use of Penalty Fee

New Yorkers Who Don’t Vote Would Pay $10 Fine Under Assemblywoman’s Bill:

() A state lawmaker from Manhattan wants to make it costly for New Yorkers not to vote.

Assemblywoman Deborah Glick, a Democrat, introduced legislation this week that would establish “compulsory voting” in the state and punish those who don’t vote with a $10 fine.

“Mandatory voting would drastically increase civic participation and transform the political arena by making politicians more reflective of the constituents that elected them,” Glick wrote in a memo submitted with the bill.

Arrogant, Officious, Sociopathic, Control-Freaks Running Government Consider Regulations for Game, “Pokeman Go”

Government Considers First Pokemon Go Regulations:

(Emily Zanotti) Pokémon Go players have certainly had their fair share of run-ins with the law this week — mostly on the wrong side of it. Two men sustained serious injuries and are facing possible charges after falling down a cliff in California chasing Pokemon. Two teens were arrested in Toledo after jumping fence into the Toledo Zoo following the digital creatures. And in LA, police are chasing after Pokémon Go players who wander on to random neighbors’ lawns.

But the app itself is now the target of lawmakers, who want to regulate the game, claiming that the app poses a significant risk to public safety, and the fun must end.

My Commentary: “Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron’s cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.” – C.S. Lewis

No victim, no crime, you arrogant, officious, sociopathic, control-freaks!

Of course, Brooklyn Democratic Assemblyman, Felix Ortiz, would be among the first of the political parasites to push for “regulation” (harassment of the peaceful and innocent in the name of “politics”). He’s the slimy lizard who fought to ban salt in NYC restaurants.

Refusal to Vote is the Simplest, Most Effective Means of Peacefully Delegitimizing a Corrupt, Overreaching, Tyrannical Democratic Government

As I scrolled through my Facebook news feed, I discovered the following artwork here, being shared by the page, “Government Does Not Exist,” and originally posted it to my own wall, along with commentary…

"The only way voting will work is if we all refuse to do it!"

“The only way voting will work is if we all refuse to do it!”

My Commentary: South Africans didn’t end Apartheid by voting their oppressors out of office: they withdrew their consent to be ruled over by REFUSING TO VOTE!

Historically, refusal to vote is the SIMPLEST and MOST EFFECTIVE means of peacefully delegitimizing a corrupt, overreaching, tyrannical democratic government.

To Begin on the Path Towards Peace, Recognize One of the Most Basic Tenets of Morality

As I scrolled through my Facebook news feed, I discovered the following artwork here, being shared by the page, “End the Drug War,” and originally posted it to my own wall, along with commentary…

"More police have died enforcing laws prohibiting personal liberties, than for any other reason. People don't understand why cops are being killed, but there are more laws prohibiting civil liberties now than ever before. If you want fewer dead cops and fewer dead citizens at the hands of cops, you better make freedom your business."

People don’t understand why cops are being killed, but there are more laws prohibiting civil liberties now than ever before. If you want fewer dead cops and fewer dead citizens at the hands of cops, you better make freedom your business.”

My Commentary: No Victim, No Crime! Please MAKE IT YOUR BUSINESS to understand this basic tenet of morality! Otherwise, the “legal” system you are forced to pay for will continue to violate, abuse, kidnap and imprison the innocent and peaceful in the name of “safety,” “the greater good,” and other such empty, meaningless tripe.

“Pro-Choice”? Not Even Close!

I originally posted the following video and commentary onto my Facebook wall…

How ‘Pro-Choice’ are Democrats?

My Commentary: Unsurprisingly, “pro-choice” Democrats are as laughable and transparently tyrannical as “pro-life” Republicans who support endless wars and drone-bombing civilians.
