Father ‘Utterly Terrified’ After Trooper Points Gun at His 7-Year-Old During Traffic Stop:

(Amy B Wang) At first, Kenneth Walton thought the Arizona state trooper following him and his 7-year-old daughter wanted to warn him of a broken taillight.

They were in a rental car, on a stretch of Interstate 40 between Las Vegas and Flagstaff, Ariz., on what was supposed to be a fun Grand Canyon vacation. It was dark, and Walton knew he hadn’t been speeding, so — not thinking much of it — he pulled over on an off-ramp, rolled down his driver’s side window and waited.

That’s when things went “terribly awry,” according to the San Francisco man’s account of what happened last Thursday.

“Tonight, I was arrested at gunpoint by an Arizona highway patrol officer who threatened to shoot me in the back (twice) in front of my 7-year-old daughter,” Walton wrote on Facebook, hours after the incident. “For a moment, I was certain he was going to kill me for no reason. I’m alive, and I need to share the story.”

My Commentary: Tax-funded terrorism… because, muh “law and order,” and muh “safety.”

Debating Police Brutality Against Non-Combative Student Inside Baltimore High School

The following debate originally took place on my Facebook wall, upon my post, “School Police Officer Repeated Slaps, Then Kicks, 16-Year-Old Student While Partner Stands By, Watching“…

Rayn: Fuck the police.

School Police Officer Repeated Slaps, Then Kicks, 16-Year-Old Student While Partner Stands By, Watching:

Greg C.: It takes insanity to police insanity…

Rayn: It takes the insane to justify the beating of children.

Greg C.: One slap yes…not 5 but its insanity no doubt.

Genaire: Adults, especially adults in a position of authority, should not hit children. When the parents of this child retaliates with justified violence then they should not be looked upon as the villain.

GenaireNow the taxes of the community will undoubtedly increase due to the issuing lawsuit.

Greg C.: Im wondering what the kid did. It had to be something to bring out such a reaction. I find it really filled with hypocrisy that just a short time ago HBO had “The Wire” on and it was an identical and absolute realistic representation of Baltimores aggressive policing against the drug trade. NOBODY SAID ANYTHING, THEY SAW IT AND THEY BOUGHT IT, with praise and now (politicians) are saying “No, No – This isnt right”

Rayn: Why not wonder how many other victims the cop has done this to before? (Click Here to Continue Reading This Post)

ACLU Files Lawsuit Against Kansas City Public Schools After Bullied 7-Yr Old Handcuffed:
https://www.rt.com/usa/359114-kansascity-school-officer-lawsuit/

The American Civil Liberties Union of Missouri has filed a lawsuit against Kansas City Public Schools in response to the 2014 handcuffing of a second grader who was crying and screaming in class while being bullied.

In 2014, Kalyb Wiley Primm, who was seven years old and less than four feet tall at the time, was being teased for having a hearing impediment inside a classroom at George Melcher Elementary School in Kansas City, Missouri, according to the lawsuit. He began to cry and scream. School resource officer Brandon Craddock heard the cries and pulled Primm out of the classroom to take the boy to Principal Anne Wallace’s office.

The lawsuit, filed on behalf of the Primm family, alleges that Craddock pulled a “frightened” Primm by one arm through the hallway of the school. When Primm held on to a handrail with his free hand, Craddock twisted the boy’s arms and handcuffed him.

My Commentary: Handcuffed for crying… The State is the biggest bully of all, and we allow this monstrosity to daily terrorize us, with no end in sight, because most of us would rather negotiate with criminals than resist them…
