(Matt Goodman) Pleading for patience from the community, Dallas Police Chief U. Reneé Hall said Saturday that the Texas Rangers asked the department to delay requesting a warrant for the officer responsible for shooting and killing 26-year-old Botham Shem Jean in his Cedars apartment.

Police have said that the officer, who has not been named, mistook Jean’s apartment at the South Side Lofts for her own and shot and killed him upon somehow gaining entry. The rest of the specifics remain vague.

My Commentary: The lack of an immediate arrest only happened to help this pig sober up and get her story straight. Even though she committed her crime as a civilian, she’s still being protected by the thin blue line. She broke into an innocent man’s home, and murdered him by discharging her weapon, while intoxicated. Statism is a disease… #EndBluePrivilege

Charlotte Police Chief Will Not Release Bodycam Video of Keith Scott Shooting Because of State Law (That Doesn’t Even Go Into Effect Until Oct. 1):

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Chief Kerr Putney is refusing to release the bodycam video footage of the death of Keith Scott.

The announcement came just moments after Mayor Jennifer Roberts promised that there would be transparency in the case.

Putney claimed that he could not release the video footage because of a state law that requires a court order for such video to be released.

My Commentary: If you still believe these are “public servants,” keeping “law and order,” you have a severe, almost-completely-irreversible case of Stockholm Syndrome! Keep licking those boots, and eating that dust, my friend!

For those who still have a moral compass left in all of this madness, please take that final, courageous step towards the peace and justice of true freedom, and Vacate The State! “Emancipate yourselves from mental slavery”! Your soul will thank you, and love you back, when you no longer have to justify the things that offend it, most.

() n a lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court that is still working its way through the legal system, a Pennsylvania woman claims that New Castle police officers violated her civil and constitutional rights during a traffic stop back in Nov. 2013.

Kimberlee Carbone says she was pulled over under the pretext of not “apply[ing] her turn signal at least 100 feet before the intersection” as per Pennsylvania law, before she was forced to endure five hours of humiliation. Officer David Maiella had made the stop after seeing a man “briefly enter an apartment” and then get into Carbone’s car that he suspected of buying drugs, according to the lawsuit.

Mississippi Police Chief Kills Self Amid Federal Asset Forfeiture Investigation:

() Mike De Nardo, the police chief for Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, apparently turned his gun on himself and committed suicide Thursday, not long after being relieved of his duties over an outside investigation.

According to the Sun Herald, De Nardo was being escorted from the police station by a pair of Hancock County deputies. Witnesses said a commotion broke out in the parking lot, and De Nardo shot himself. He was apparently alive and even conscious while heading to a hospital, where he died.
