(Robby Soave) A North Carolina 17-year-old caught in a sexting scandal faces charges of sexually exploiting a minor that could land him in jail for up to 10 years, since the law considers him an adult. But one of the minors he supposedly exploited is himself—which raises an obvious question: how can a teen be old enough to face adult felony charges, but not old enough to keep a nude picture of himself on his phone?
Unfortunately, that’s the Kafka-esque nightmare in which Fayetteville-area high schooler Cormega Copening finds himself after exchanging private nude photos with his girlfriend—with whom he is legally allowed to have sex, but not to sext.

“Why would anyone be a better choice to rule over you than you? Seriously, I don’t understand.”
Murilo M.: Well, what I think is that democracy is not about choosing people to rule you around, it is about choosing people to put in action plans to solve the problems of the country and to use wisely the wealth of the country to promote the welfare of the citizens. However many of the politicians are not interested in helping their country, they are only interested in enjoying an extravagant salary and the power and respect that comes with being a politician.
Rayn: Well, regardless of what you think, in both practice and reality, democracy represents a system of tyranny wherein the majority use the State’s legal monopoly on violence to enforce their will over minority groups without their consent. And, since the State really only has legal jurisdiction over criminals, it continuously creates laws, in an effort to turn us all into criminal, and then, selectively enforces these rules.
Our day to day lives illustrate this fact, but here’s a little proof…

(Joshua Scott Hotchkins) A video has surfaced of what appears to be President Obama’s daughter Malia smoking a joint at Lollapalooza.
The video is almost certainly of Malia, but whether or not she is smoking a marijuana joint cannot be confirmed. It could be some of that St. John’s Wort or Horny Goat Weed all the kids are smoking at festivals this year.
My Commentary: A perfect follow-up to my last shared article about the DEA refusing to rescheduling cannabis out of the “dangerous” schedule 1 category… because “science”… LOL!
Nope. Nothing wrong with any of this: not the part about control-freaks “regulating” the peaceful right into prison, nor the part about “science” being whatever political parasites say and pay for it to be, nor the part where the higher agents of the State, and their pals, enjoy legal immunity from the tyranny they help create…
