So long as they can pretend a crime was committed, they are ensuring their own future job security. It is a glaring conflict of interest! And, they love to nab people for victim-free “offenses.” This type of busy-work keeps them from having to deal with real criminals, and situations that could potentially put their lives in real danger. Remember, the Prison Industrial Complex is mostly privatized now. Convicts in private prisons can be put to work for 25 cents an hour or less. So, it makes sense to fill jails with productive, functional citizens, rather than dysfunctional, violent offenders. They make much better SLAVE LABORERS! Research it! The same companies who own prisons lobbied for (and won) mandatory drug sentencing, and the “three-strikes” rule. No one should be accountable for failing to follow man-made laws! They are so unfair that they aren’t even clearly posted, and require no victim in order to be broken! The whole thing is a RACKET!
Rayn: The Creator, our Father, doesn’t hold us to such impossible, unreasonable standards. Let the 10+2 Commandments guide you. Take them into your heart! Become wise, understanding and knowledgeable in them! They are just, fair and perfect – like HIM! Reject the false, flawed laws of man!

Rayn: He told us to GENUINELY REPENT, truly TURN AWAY from SIN, HUMBLY ASK FOR FORGIVENESS (not just from Him, but also our victim), and WHOLEHEARTEDLY COMMIT TO THE LABOR OF LOVE in order to give back what was taken when we acted wrongly.
The 10+2 Commandments teaches us through example that the only way to build solid, loving, lasting relationships with ourselves, each other, our Earth and our Creator, is through RESPECT, COMMUNICATION and TRUST. All else is destruction, slavery and death! And, as these three pillars are depend on each other to function, if even one is broken, the others will inevitably collapse. Without respect, there is no trust or communication. Without trust, there is no communication or respect. Without communication, there is no trust and no respect. Until we discover how to properly uphold and balance these supporting structures of life, humanity will continue to be plagued by the misery of lies, corruption, pollution, waste, theft, murder, terrorism, corporatism, extinction, WMDs, war, and genocide!

Obama’s Embrace of a Bush Tactic Riles Congress:

(Charlie Savage, New York Times) – President Obama has issued signing statements claiming the authority to bypass dozens of provisions of bills enacted into law since he took office, provoking mounting criticism by lawmakers from both parties.
My Commentary: First, Obama maintains Bush’s wars of aggression in Iraq & Afghanistan. Then, he begins the bombing of Pakistan. After this, he continues on with Bush’s agenda of bailing out the thieving Banksters & corrupt Corporations with our tax dollars. Now, in another act of sheer disregard for the will of Americans, Obama is embracing the Bush tactic of using “signing statements” to overturn portions of Congressional bills that he personally doesn’t approve of!
Remember, during his presidential campaign, Obama claimed that the use of signing statements was an executive “abuse” & an effort by Bush to “accumulate more power in the presidency.” He promised that he would not take the same path, which he considered “an end run around Congress,” but instead, would “obey the Constitution”:
Understand that this is a BIPARTISAN ISSUE! Republicans & Democrats alike are understandably upset! Obama is turning out to be A PURE FRAUD, like BUSH!
When are people gonna stop embracing the FALSE LEFT-RIGHT PARADIGM and realize that the real equation is THE PEOPLE vs. THE AMERICAN CORPORATION-STATE?

New York’s Health Commissioner Calls for a Tax on Drinks With Sugar:

(Anemona Hartocollis, New York Times) – A month after Gov. David A. Paterson dropped his proposal for a soda tax, New York City’s health commissioner has written an article advocating “hefty” taxes on sodas and sports drinks containing sugar. Such a tax, the article said, could be the biggest boon to public health since tobacco taxes.
The commissioner, Dr. Thomas R. Frieden, and Kelly D. Brownell of Yale University, his co-author, argue in the New England Journal of Medicine that a tax of a penny per ounce could reduce consumption by more than 10 percent and raise $1.2 billion a year in New York State alone.
My Commentary: First they taxed the tobacco smokers, and I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a tobacco smoker…
I wonder if all those sheeple that thought it was such a “great idea” to let our BIG BROTHER government regulate their freedom still believe that they made the right decision. DID YOU REALLY THINK THEY WOULD STOP AT TOBACCO SMOKERS!? Ha!
Hasn’t anyone seen the movie, “I, Robot”? Remember V.I.C.K.I.? Statistically, humans engage in many behaviors that aren’t necessarily good for them. But, if we allow the government to control us based on “protecting us from ourselves,” eventually they will take away our very freedom to even leave our house! Why? Because the world can be a very dangerous place! QUALITY OF LIFE simply does not factor in to the concerted efforts of power-hungry pigs to control our very existence!
