A Quick History Lesson…

As I scrolled through my Facebook memories, I discovered the following artwork from here, which I originally posted to my wall in June of 2016, and decidedly re-shared it, while adding a commentary…

“Here’s a gun owner whose name was on a government watch list”

My Commentary: A quick history lesson…

To the State, No Lives Matter…

As I scrolled through my Facebook memories, I discovered the following artwork here, being shared by the page, “Young Americans for Liberty,” which I originally posted to my own wall in June of 2016, and decidedly re-shared it, while adding a commentary…

“Rep. Rangel: Law abiding citizens just shouldn’t have to carry guns.
Reporter: But, you’re protected by guns all over the place here at the Capitol.
Rep. Rangel: Well, that’s a little different. I think we deserve… I think we need to be protected down here.”
– Rep. Charlie Rangel (D), New York City

My Commentary: As far as the State is concerned, #NoLivesMatter

Critical Thinking is Mandatory in the Quest for Enlightenment

As I scrolled through my Facebook memories, I discovered the following artwork here, being shared by the page, “Voluntaryism is Freedom,” which I originally posted to my own wall in June of 2016, and decidedly re-shared it, while adding a commentary…

“Statism: The brilliant idea that we give a small group of people the right to kidnap, steal from, and kill us, so that we can be ‘protected’ from people who kidnap, steal from, and kill us.”

My Commentary: Critical thinking is mandatory in the quest for enlightenment.

(note: though I previously shared a slightly different version of this artwork in April of 2014, within my post, “The Ridiculous Logic of Statism,” I still felt compelled to offer up an alternative commentary when I saw it again, due to the inspiring nature of these words)

Without an Injured Party, No Legitimate Law Has Been Broken

As I scrolled through my Facebook news feed, I discovered the following artwork here, being shared by the page, “Police The Police,” and originally posted it to my own wall, along with commentary…

Kelly Thomas: No Conviction, Sandra Bland: No Conviction, Eric Garner: No Conviction, Phil Castile: No Conviction, Freddie Gray: No Conviction, James Boyd: No Conviction, Tamir Rice: No Conviction, Alton Sterling: No Conviction

My Commentary: No worries. Just keep voting harder! That’ll show the establishment you really mean business!

Something to think about: without an injured party, no *legitimate* law has actually been broken. This is the foundation of common law (and common sense). Meanwhile, most of the victims pictured here only ended up being murdered by agents of the government *after* first being detained and harassed using the erroneous pretext of some victimless crime, or another… The State is the ultimate centralization of coercion, tyranny and violence, and represents the cult religion of the Accuser.

No Victim, No Crime! #NoVictimNoCrime

But, Without Government, Who Would Run a Legal Extortion Racket that Disenfranchises the Self-Employed?

I originally posted the following information and commentary onto my Facebook wall…

Colorado’s Absurd War on Online Dog Walking Services:
http://reason.com/archives/2017/05/03/colorados-absurd-war-on-online-dog-walki

() In over 10,000 cities in all 50 states, the online platform Rover offers pet owners the ability to connect with walkers and sitters with the ease that characterizes the growing sharing economy. There are over 100,000 people who earn money by working with the platform and Rover is just one of many “pet sharing” sites.

My Commentary: But, without government, who would run a legal extortion racket that not only disenfranchises individuals from self-employment, but also artificially eliminates competition for larger businesses, in the process?
