(Payton Guion and Susan K. Livio) Effectively immediately, doctors in New Jersey can recommend their patients use medical marijuana to treat anxiety, various forms of chronic pain, migraines and Tourette’s syndrome.

The conditions have been added under the first stage of a wide-ranging expansion of the medicinal marijuana program announced Tuesday by Gov. Phil Murphy .

My Commentary: Do you think NJ’s criminal government will clear the records of those victims they previously kidnapped, robbed, stripped, caged, and extorted merely for engaging in this exact peaceful, victimless activity, before it magically became “legal”? I’m asking for a friend. 😉

House Rejects Bill to Give Patients a ‘Right to Try’ Experimental Drugs:

(In a surprising rebuff to President Trump and Republican leaders, the House derailed a bill on Tuesday that would have given patients with terminal illnesses a right to try unproven experimental treatments.

The bill was considered under special fast-track procedures that required a two-thirds majority for passage, and it fell short. When the roll was called, 259 House members supported the bill, and 140 opposed it.

Most of the opposition came from Democrats, who said the bill gave false hope to patients and could actually endanger people dying of incurable diseases, because it would undermine protections provided by the Food and Drug Administration.

(Larken Rose) It’s amazing how much the “closed border” crowd has in common with the “gun control” crowd, in how they think, in how they feel, and in how they talk.

My Commentary: Peel away the outer layers of the “arguments” being used to promote “closed borders” and “gun control” to discover the same exact violent ideology underlying them both.

That Which is Legal for Government, But Illegal for Citizenry

As I scrolled through my Facebook news feed, I discovered the following artwork here, being shared by the page, “Americans United Against the United States of America,” and originally posted it to my own wall, along with commentary…

“This is an HK MP7. It is a submachine gun capable of full auto fire. This is banned for civilian ownership as it was created after 1986. This is the preferred weapon for the secret service and congressional security details. Remember our elected officials are civilian representatives. They are still civilians. When they retire from service they still are provided with security armed with weapons like this. They say there is no reason for average Americans to own weapons like this. So why do our representatives need weapons like this? Why is it acceptable to many Americans to allow their government officials to ban things that they themselves take advantage of? The idea that they deserve more rights and protections than ‘average’ Americans is placing themselves above all of us average people.”

My Commentary: There are two sets of laws – one for the “elect,” with their mercenaries – and one for the serf… Strangely, most Americans defend their position as second-class citizen!
