A New York City Police Department sergeant has been caught on video threatening several Brooklyn men with his gun and with sexual assault.

Cell phone video obtained by the New York Post shows Sgt. Lesly Charles launching into a profane tirade while talking to several men who are suspected of criminal behavior.

“I have a long dick, you don’t,” Charles says. “Listen to me. When you see me, you look the other way. Tell your boys, I don’t fuck around. I’ll take my gun and put it up your ass and then I’ll call your mother afterwards. OK? And I’ll put your own shit in your mouth. Alright?”

“You guys are hustling or whatever, I ain’t got no problem with that,” he adds. “But when I come around and I speak, you fucking listen. Tell your boys.”

An amendment that would legalize the use of propaganda on American audiences is being inserted into the latest defense authorization bill, BuzzFeed has learned.

The amendment would “strike the current ban on domestic dissemination” of propaganda material produced by the State Department and the independent Broadcasting Board of Governors, according to the summary of the law at the House Rules Committee’s official website.

The tweak to the bill would essentially neutralize two previous acts—the Smith-Mundt Act of 1948 and Foreign Relations Authorization Act in 1987—that had been passed to protect U.S. audiences from our own government’s misinformation campaigns.

Rayn: I won’t hesitate to verbally tar and feather that Death-Worshiping mummy, either, Jason, if he becomes a serious enough threat. He’s just ANOTHER War Pig, foaming at the mouth for murder. He and O-bomb-a are guilty, and the blood of the innocent is on their hands, along with any who support them. I will not be led by the Cains of this world – nor the Barabbas’, nor the Shauls. I’m not sure that I would classify their legal representation as “better,”Charles… Many of America’s “terrorist” suspects have been treated in ways that are technically considered WAR-CRIMES by the standards of Human Rights – and EVEN, as defined by the Geneva Convention! And, this has happened under both Bush and O-bomb-a’s administrations.
