Support Israel’s Indiscriminate Bombing of the Gaza Strip, or Recognize it as Mass Murder?

2014-07-29 - Support Israel's Indiscriminate Bombing of the Gaza Strip, or Recognize it as Mass Murder

Rayn: In Tel Aviv, Thousands Protest Against the Gaza Operation:

Props to every last the 7,000 peace-loving citizens of Israel who risked their safety on Saturday to gather together at Tel Aviv’s Rabin Square in order to firmly let the world know that being Jewish DOES NOT mean being PRO-WAR-CRIMES against the innocent civilians of Gaza! These brave Israeli war protesters faced off against an angry mob of their own fellow citizen-terrorists from the right wing, who not only chanted death threats at them, and continuously sang a song celebrating the IDF’s mass murder of Gazan children, but also eventually forced their way through police barricades, where they immediately began to block protesters from accessing one of Tel Aviv’s major streets. After the cavalry cops finally arrived and broke the up the roving mob, police then requested organizers to wrap up their event early for “safety” reasons. Protesters complied, disbanding without further incident…

Some excerpts from the article…

“The former demonstration was organized by Hadash, the leftist political party, and the organizations Combatants for Peace and The Parents Circle Families Forum…

The ill-will felt towards the Israeli left could be gauged well among the group of right-wing protesters that the police corralled in a separate part of the plaza. They continually shouted ‘Death to the leftists’ and expressed hope that ‘a rocket from Gaza’ would kill them. In addition they merrily sang ‘WHY IS THERE NO SCHOOL IN GAZA? BECAUSE NO MORE KIDS ARE LEFT.’ [emphasis mine] Some protesters tried to convince this group to stop singing these songs as they were detrimental to the message of support for the IDF that they were trying to promote, but to no avail.

Later in the evening these right-wing protesters tried to break through the police barrier into the greater demonstration and even succeeded for a short while to block Ibn Gevirol St., one of Tel Aviv’s major arteries. The police quickly pushed them out of the street with cavalry. During the clashes four protesters were arrested. Due to these outbursts of violence the police asked the organizers to cut the protest short. The demonstrators eventually left without incident.”

Here is a video recording of the large group of right-wing Israelis who showed up to this peace-promoting event in Tel Aviv in order to celebrate the Israeli government’s Gazan massacre, gleefully singing and chanting, “There’s no school tomorrow! There’s no children left in Gaza! Oleh!”:

Melissa M.: Really? IDFs mass murder? Their people wouldn’t be getting killed if they weren’t operating out of their homes and in front of their citizens. What is Israel supposed to do? If they see they are being targeted from a civilians home they need to take the home out. Of course it’s a no win for anyone but Hamas is giving Israel no choice.

Melissa M.: Hamas has not honored the cease fire agreements so what is Israel supposed to do

Genaire: Israel is suppose to not keep these people in an open air prison. Israel is suppose to stop illegally expanding its borders into Palestinian territory.Israel is suppose to either give these people the right to take part in their government our release them from occupation (that has lasted 40+ years). Israel suppose to not intentionally target journalists offices. Israel is suppose to not intentionally target schools. Israel is suppose to not intentionally target UN facilities. Israel is suppose to not target children playing on the beach.Israel is suppose to not be a state based on an apartheid system. Should I go on?

Rayn: Yes. Really, Melissa. I consider the actions of the IDF to be mass murder, as well as a Crimes Against Humanity (or a War Crime, if you’re willing to qualify the Israeli government’s attack against the civilians of Gaza as a “war”). To blame Hamas for the massacre of Gazan civilians is a flawed exercise in causality. Since IDF forces are the ones pulling the triggers of their weapons, and executing trial-free death warrants on the hundreds upon hundreds of innocent, unaffiliated civilians of Gaza, all in pursuit of Hamas – terrorizing men, women and children, alike, in the process – truly, these victims “wouldn’t be getting killed if ” Israel’s government would simply refuse to indiscriminately murder them, and finally reject the immoral claim that such criminal activity EVER qualifies as a “right,” or as “self-defense,” since such logic is, indeed, EXACTLY the IDEOLOGY of a TERRORIST!!! What Israel is “supposed to do” is RESPECT HUMAN RIGHTS! They absolutely have a “choice,” and have chosen the COWARD’S ROUTE! (Click Here to Continue Reading This Post)

Israel Cuts Off Water Supply to Gaza Strip, Yet Again…

The following debate originally took place upon my Facebook wall, after I posted a photo being shared by the page, “Freedom Is A State Of Mind ”…

Rayn:

"Today is the fifth day Israel has cut off water to the Gaza Strip"

“Today is the fifth day Israel has cut off water to the Gaza Strip”

Genaire: Check it out, Ron.

Ron K.: I heard about that..smh. On top of that tha military riding threw Gaza teasing civilians w/ water..smh

Diana B.: BULLSHIT!!!!! These hamASSHOLES spend money on rockets, but don’t spend money on fuel to run the sewage treatment centers. they are polluting their own water supplies….yet the leadership are all millionaires!!!! fuck these demons!!!

Genaire: We’ve had this discussion already. When your country is considered the occupying force I find it hard to look at these people as “demons”. They have no standing army, they have no air force, no missile defense. You have nukes, f16 fighters, tanks, spending millions on P.R. in America, one of the most powerful lobbying groups I’m Washington, still Israel’s actions aren’t allowing them to look like the victims in this conflict (who would have thought). Yes Hamas may have fired rockets into Israel (killing absolutely no one) while Israel’s death toll of non combatants is in the hundreds. (Click Here to Continue Reading This Post)

Debating Taxation, the Working Class, and Professional Parasites

The following debate originally took place upon the Facebook wall of family, after they shared a photo from here

Genaire:

"It is wrong to tax a working person almost to the breaking point, then give it to a person who is able to work, but refuses to."

“It is wrong to tax a working person almost to the breaking point, then give it to a person who is able to work, but refuses to.”

Rayn: Word! The parasitic, tax-thieving, morally-bankrupt State, run by slimy banksters, politicians and corporations, and protected by an army of police and military minions, has spent far too long violently plundering its way through existence, while *forcing* the rest of us to endlessly struggle for survival under its brutal, murderous, imperialistic, hierarchical, tyrannically-bureaucratic, top-down controlled Pathocracy! It’s time that we acknowledge the extortion racket we are being subjected to as PURELY CRIMINAL, and finally stop negotiating with this financial and political terrorist! Fixate on Idea of “Good Cops” Upon Watching a Video of Five Bad Cops in Action, or Face Up to the American Police State?

The following debate originally took place on my Facebook wall, upon my post, “Hot-Headed Bully with Badge Violently Shoves Paraplegic Man and His Wheelchair to the Ground“…

Lieutenant Tom Davidson shoves paraplegic, Nicholas Kincade, and his wheelchair, to the ground, after the man accidentally rolls over his foot

Lieutenant Tom Davidson shoves paraplegic, Nicholas Kincade, and his wheelchair, to the ground, after the man accidentally rolls over his foot

Rayn: Dash Cam Shows Officer Pushing Over Man in Wheelchair:
http://www.theindychannel.com/news/local-news/video-dash-cam-shows-officer-pushing-over-wheelchair

When a cop violently shoves a paraplegic man he just ticketed to the ground, along with his wheelchair, and arrests him for “battery on a police officer,” all because the man accidentally ran over the swine’s cloven hoof with his mobility scooter upon leaving, you are living in a police state…

Did this hot-headed bully get his job in spite of his hair-trigger-temper, or because of it?

Thomas Pa.Cannot imagine any reason one would need to push anyone with this limited degree of mobility. If it were absolutely necessary one could just move the wheelchair and disconnect the power supply. There are good cops who do a great job, who really care about people and serving the community. It is a shame that butt heads out there like this giving them a bad name. I have met a couple. Usually the best ones who have served under fire in urban areas and seen some sh*t. Some of the small town fellows are full of authority and little else. “Mileage may vary”

Adam B.: Ya my brother was a Quad and in highschool they knocked at the door then handed my friend a bag of weed when he answered it saying “hold this for a second” and barged in with a team telling Jake to put his hands in the air when he couldn’t lift his arms! Gave him a hard time with a gun to his head.

Wendy P.: Terrible. I spoke to a friend about how insane it is that police can be corrupt and he said that most of his friends that were messed up and bullied in their youth grew up to become cops. If you’re not a cop to defend people then you’re a cop to be able to bully them. Makes sense, unfortunately. The system is rotten here and there. YIng and Yang…if you know what I mean.

RaynThe only reason I can imagine for this cop shoving this disabled man is that he is a cowardly bully and a criminal, Thomas… But, why do you say “butt heads like this,” though? Don’t your mean “like these”? Are you denying the complicity and guilt of the four other cops who helped apprehend the paraplegic man after he was violently assaulted by their buddy? If that’s as far as your ability to identify the “bad cops” extends, then what does that really say about ability to identify “good cops”?

Either way, what value do “good cops” have in a system of top-down corruption and abuse, with a judicial branch that dutifully shields the criminal elements within from all responsibility, accountability, and repercussions, whenever possible? Why not ask Serpico about his experiences as a “good cop” in NYC?

But, speaking of uselessly ineffectual individuals who defend criminal cops, rather than stopping them (like the four other cops in the video)… what of the Lafayette Police Civil Service Commission – made up of five local citizens – who determined that the officer who assaulted the man in the wheelchair shouldn’t be fired? And, what of the Tippecanoe County DA, who decided not to press charges against the costumed coward for his crime? That’s a whole lot of Individuals who are just as guilty and morally bankrupt as the swine they “shield” from justice!

Oh, and by the way, your claims about city cops versus small town cops are purely meaningless here, since the incident in this video took place in the *city* of Lafayette, Indiana. But, alas… these are the sorts of desperately irrelevant and completely unqualified statements that I have come to expect from “law enforcement” apologists. They are so faithful to the authority of the State, that even upon watching a crystal-clear video of a cop shoving a paraplegic man and his wheelchair to the ground for accidentally rolling over his foot, then arresting him for “battery on a police officer,” with the help of four other officers on the scene… rather than being inspired to engage in an open and honest discussion about the evidence of systemic corruption they are directly witnessing, they gloss over such inconveniences, and instead, attempt to use the footage as a shameless opportunity to plug and promote the *idea* of “good cops” who “really care about people.” But, in reality, there was not a single “good cop” to be found in the video I posted, so any mention of such comes off, once again, as a desperately irrelevant distraction! It seems more like a clever way to reduce the cognitive dissonance that comes from witnessing beloved agents of the State operating like the very criminals that they were sworn to protect the population against!

Wendy P.: That’s why i fear even the good cops, because good and bad are probably intertwined. Do you know how much they pay police officers? I think less than 30K. That’s BS money for what they are required to do. Dealing with the public can get overwhelming and they are paid little to top it off. They might as well be robots, people on that salary range are probably not highly educated and stressed out. But who will police, Rayn? Who can be allowed to jump in to save a life when needed? What about the use of guns? Criminals will carry guns.

Genaire: The pigs I mean police in NJ make over 60k a year.

Wendy P.: What?!?! dream come true for a bully cop. at that rate i would be outragedif i saw unjust behavior from them.
