() A bipartisan group of South Carolina lawmakers have proposed making it illegal to have saggy pants throughout the Palmetto State.

WCIV reports that House Bill 4957 would outlaw appearing in public with trousers that sit “three inches below the crest of his ileum,” thereby exposing skin or underwear.
