Government Report: Bio-Weapons Could Be Used To Combat Overpopulation:

(Paul Joseph WatsonPrisonPlanet.com) A British government Ministry of Defence report outlines a nightmare future society in which the population are forced to accept brain chips, immigration and urbanization ravages communities, class warfare ensues, and biological and neutron weapons are used to combat overpopulation.

The MoD’s Development, Concepts & Doctrine Center drew up the document to crystallize the “future strategic context” likely to face Britain’s armed forces, according to a report in the London Guardian today.

My Commentary: Interestingly enough, the systematic demonization and criminalization of hemp by the governments of the world has been the ONE OF THE MOST EFFECTIVE MEANS of projecting the pseudo-scientific Malthusian myth of “overpopulation.”

Overpopulation refers to the exceeding of certain threshold limits of population density when environmental resources fail to meet the requirements of individual organisms regarding shelter, nutrition and so forth. It gives rise to high rates of mortality and morbidity.”

In other words, “overpopulation” should not be confused with “overcrowding” because it is not a condition that is determined by a simple measure of available living space. There are many other environment factors at play, as well. A very easy way to understand “overpopulation” is that it occurs in a system where resources are being consumed by a population faster than they are being restored, or where pollution is being emitted by a population faster than it can filtered.

According to Wiki, “the resources to be considered when evaluating whether an ecological niche is overpopulated include clean water, clean air, food, shelter, warmth, and other resources necessary to sustain life.”
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Overpopulation#Definition

With clean water, clean air and food production understood as the most vital resources considered in determining whether “overpopulation” exists in a particular system of individuals, it is time to place focus on those things that strain these resources. Industrialization, Urbanization, Deforestation, and Soil Erosion are the four human practices most destructive to the purity of water, air and food. And, interestingly, the by-far largest contributors to these conditions are cotton and timber industries, along with the sweetheart government policies that keep them all together in business. Combining their efforts, these three soulless entities have worked dilligently to practically completely outlaw HEMP production throughout the entire world in order to create monopolies for themselves within the paper, fabric and wood industries.

These corporations do this with the FULL KNOWLEDGE that HEMP is one of the most durable substances known to man, yeilding a better return rate per pound on cellulose (the main ingredient in paper, natural fabric and even wood) than TIMBER or COTTON, while requiring no insecticides, very little fertilizers, no crop rotation (all of these are required for soil-depleting cotton), and only six weeks to gestation (as opposed to the 50-100 years typically required to grow timber). From this information alone, it is obvious that some very influential individuals, working behind-the-scenes for key corporate and government interests, have forced us into accepting the ultimate form of CORPORATELY-PLANNED OBSOLESCENCE as necessity: the COTTON and TIMBER industries!

Now, let’s look at the other major factors for indicating “overpopulation” – air and water pollution. Both are caused by overproduction of waste in comparison to the environment’s ability to filter it out. In the case of air pollution, the previously-mentioned deforestation and soil erosion are major contributing factors, while smog-emissions are the main cause. The bulk of smog-emissions are created by another form of so-called “necessity”-based corporately-planned obsolescence: the oil industry, along with their biggest allies, the militaries of the industrialized nations, and the weapons industry.

There have been plenty of alternative fuels available for a long time that produce less pollution and more energy than oil, but here we are as a population in the year 2007, and these technologies are not being made nearly as readily available!

Water pollution is mainly caused by the universally-accepted policy of dumping toxins and waste into the rivers and oceans of the world. And, this is almost exclusively done by factories, large boats and aircraft, the oil and chemical industries of the world bear the vast majority of responsibility.

As you can see, all major factors contributing to overpopulation seem to be corporation-produced and politically and legally sanctioned. One might even go as far as to say that these corporations see Nature as competition – to be eliminated. If they can remove all traces of Her bounty, then humanity will all have no choice but to accept inferior man-made trash as “good” and “helpful” to existence!

As for the historically renowned cure-all “drug” called “cannabis,” but always referred to by the Mexican slang term, “marijuana,” and the PR campaign leveled against it by US governmental agencies since the 1930s, it is interesting to note that while it has never been responsible for any single death, injury or overdose in the history of its usage (which dates back for centuries), prescription drugs, on the other hand, a product of the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, cannot make the same claim. Most, in fact, are very, very dangerous, and this is because they are nothing more than glorified poisonstoxic to the body, and deadly to the immune system. In the US alone, in just the first three months of 2008, 4,825 deaths and nearly 21,000 injuries took place as a direct result of prescription drug use. Go figure!
